Whole family goes to Doc Brown. Smart, detailed...everyone likes her....best there is!

This business is located off of 180th and Burke next to Scooter's Coffee. I cannot speak about the eye care professionals here but am writing about my experiences with the front desk staff. Even though I patronize another eye care facility in Omaha, I pick up contacts for my girlfriend regularly at this business. The front desk staff are friendly but are not very efficient or organized when I have been there for 3 different visits during the past month. The information processing and retaining of dates or names seem difficult when providing this to them. It's not a hearing issue but a processing concept that a detailed oriented person would easily retain or pick up. I have reminded myself upon arrival to be patient, and provide repetitive information until the message is conveyed.

My wife and I recently went to VP Vision and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, and I can not recommend Dr. Brown enough. We will only go to VP Vision/Dr Brown going forward for all our vision needs.Edit - Changing my 5 star review to a 2 star review. Picking up my new glasses was not a pleasant experience. The person helping me made it clear I was bothering her and basically just handed me my glasses and that was it. Did not inquire if I had any questions or provide any feedback. Going forward I will not purchase glasses here and will tell others to avoid as well.Edit2 - After I emailed the company via their website and leaving this review, I never heard anything, solidifying VP Vision does not care once they have your money.
