Was absolutely blown away by the new Via Farina location. The aesthetic, the food, the waitstaff..we had a great experience. The cacio e Pepe pasta was one of the best pastas I've ever had. It was so creamy and well balanced. We enjoyed the bread appetizer and bread pudding for dessert and I even had a limoncello flight. Can't wait to go back.

I'm a big fan of the OG Via Farina location and was thrilled to see this one open a little closer to home!My daughter and I came in on a recent Friday, the place was packed, but we found a spot at the bar. Pizza was amazing. Only misstep was our appetizer was delivered to the wrong table, but the staff made everything right by giving us a free dessert (tiramisu was outstanding) and 50% off the app. Service was overall very good, I will definitely come back!

I visited this new location again for my birthday dinner. I tried something new: the sourdough tagliatelle. This is the perfect pasta for the picky "I only eat buttered noodles" member of your family. I thought it was very good, but I would choose to to add the truffle for an extra flavor note next time.My mom had the autumn risotto which I sampled, and it was fantastic! Now this was a dish that was full of flavor. I was also really impressed with the portion size.Via Farina does a free piece of tiramisu for birthdays, which we enjoyed. It was absolutely delicious, even into the next day!

Make sure to make a reservation because walking in is not easy. The first time we went in on a November Friday we were able to be seated at the pizza bar (didn't have a reservation) and they were incredibly disorganized. Servers were bringing the wrong orders to all of us, mixing up our orders with the party next to us and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The pizza bar is very cool but is slightly overwhelming and hard to have an intimate dinner when they are right there. The meatballs tasted fake, the artichokes were bland but the pizza stole the show!!Second time we went in on a December Thursday and had a reservation. It was much more seamless but the host was so grumpy and not very friendly. The server was ok though. The charcuterie board was disgusting. They could have added more jam and mustard to it (ratio was very off) and the meat tasted like it had been sitting out for days. I've had so much better charcuterie boards for less, even. The pizza once again stole the show. I'm giving four stars because I'd go back for the pizza each and every time. We've gotten pasta both times too and it's just meh. The lobster one is overpriced for the quality and the bucatini is boring. All in all, make a reservation and just go for pizza! Or order a pizza to go!

I love everything about this place. The food, drinks, and service were amazing at the bar! Hip, cool restaurant, very modern. I can't wait to go back and sit at the pizza bar. Make a reservation and understand that there is a bar area (pizza bar) and a main dining room these all require reservations. The bar has open seating, but there is not much room for it (about 6 bar stools total), and when folks grab those spots, they tend to eat dinner there as we did and loved it! We arrived at 4:30 to snatch up three stools!

Overall a good experience. Being that it's very new, I anticipate this getting even better once they hit their rhythm.Parking was easy. Large parking lot in front, and parking to either side. No valet.Staff was solid and friendly. A bit overwhelmed by the popularity, it seemed, yet they handled it very well ultimately.Food was delicious. We had both pasta and pizza, and found each to be tasty. Some pasta made it home, but didn't last the evening.The room looks very large. It's narrower than the other location, and seems larger. Acoustics were on the loud side from the middle off the forward half of the room.Will return.

The Gemilli pasta was the star of the meal but the Salsicilla pizza was a close second. Our waitress was very helpful with suggestions when we asked and the location is beautiful- so pleased to have this location open out West! The only off not was that our meatball appetizer was very cold in the center. They had good flavor and we did finish them, but they would have been so much better had they been hot.

Squid ink spaghetti was amazing! We sat at the pizza bar... I would probably want to sit somewhere else next time. It just a little warm up there! The restaurant is beautiful though! Food and wine was amazing!!!
