Well most days here are amazing at the 96th n Q location as long as you don't come on a Thursday or Friday night. Been coming here for years but the female bartender is so focused on having men show up for her to make out with on her shifts that you are lucky to get your keno in or get a drink ordered. Such a shame as everything outside of that is a good experience Saturday through Wednesday as far as nights go. Days are always a good experience.

Good food with great prices and lunch specials mon-fri. The decor is old school but welcoming. Ther service was fast and good. today I ordered a specialty pizza,The Tommyboy which was a Buffalo ranch on thin crust. It was really good, much better than I actually expected. I 8/10 recommend.

Meh. Service ok, but slow. Food Value very low. Hamburger just meh to not good. Philly steak. Worst in town. Pizza was undercooked and doughy. Good TV if you're a game watcher.

I was not overly impressed by the atmosphere, or especially the food here. It gets the job done, but I would go to most any other bar before returning.Flavor was not good and the service took much longer than expected--can't fault this as it was a busy weekend night.

Family came to varsity for dinner last night. Giving it 3 stars for our service. Our server so nice and friendly. Food on other hand was not good. Salads were ok. Wings were not cooked long enough so skin wasn't that crispy. The pepperoni pizza had almost no sauce on it and was more crust than usual. When kids say this isn't very good you know it's not. Lol. And personal pizza was undercooked. The cheese was barely melted. Sad as this place used to be great.

I love the pizza and the Italian nachos. They also have a nice variety of other bar food. Try the wings. They are delicious!

sat on patio today it was so nice. Pizza was awesome! Sweet Potato Fries rocked.

A completely terrible chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Truly horrible.My first clue should have been that it took a long time to come out of the kitchen. Then the bartender makes a big show that it was "hot out of the kitchen." But it wasn't hot at all. Lukewarm is more accurate.A tiny portion of chicken on one of those new-ish tiny buns. The chicken was hard in places which suggests it was freezer burned or microwaved improperly. The cheese was flavorless. And the Canadian Bacon was laughable. I've never seen such a thin slice and, of course, it had no flavor. Your key takeaway from this review is that the Arby's chicken cordon bleu is 10x better and cheaper to boot.The beer tasted bad to me. Maybe the lines need to be cleaned.Even if my bill would have been $5 less, it still would have been too much.I wondered how this place stays open and then the bartender said something about regulars and how he knows them, in part, by their keno numbers. I, on the other hand, know these people by their bad taste.

Pizza was greasy looked like oil was spread on top of pizza. Not much cheese on top of a "cheese pizza". Pizza was cut hard to cut at the table. Took server long time come back to table take our order. Need to update menu server said don't have lot of items on menu? The cheeseburgers looked good. The mozzarella with marinara breadsticks appetizer was awesome. It tasted better than the pizza. This place used to have excellent pizza don't know what happened?
