Don't Move here!! I wish I could give it zero stars. I've lived in several apartment communities and this one is the worst by far. they have false claims about their "luxury" offerings, they'll nickel and dime you for every cut they can get, for instance they make you use valet trash because they don't provide dumpsters and valet trash comes at odd hours or sometimes not at all, but if you leave your trash out too long they will charge you. they also have some kind of partnership with a towing company to tow their own residents from the property without warning. the apartments are falling apart and not maintained- the appliances are constantly needing fixed- I've never had so many maintenance requests. It's lauded as a gated community but the gates weren't working for over 6 months, and there were several vehicles broken into during that time. their dog park is a health hazard to the dogs, it had standing water in it that became infested with larvae that made the dogs sick. I could go on and on. Please save yourself the trouble and the exorbitant amount of money on this worthless place.

10 out of five stars! I've been here for about a year and a half and love new management! Alan the property manager deeply cares for the residents here and Krystal is by far the best person in the office to work with. Both of these employees are what makes this property so special. They both have done so much for my family, this place has my highest recommendation.

This place is ghetto! Trash service comes late in the evening when most are in bed yet they charge you for leaving the can in the hallway. Dog crap on property everywhere that no one picks up!!! Say they will tie you if your over the line but someone is constantly parking in the handicapped spot in front of my building with no tickets or towed even though no handicap signs or stickers are visible in the building. The Luxor system is constantly screwing up packages or office staff collects package because the Luxor is full and keeps in office where you can't get after they are closed! Gated community with gates being broke 6 months out if the year! This place is a complete joke! Not to mention, Krystal is fake as ever. Acts very genuine in front of everyone but if you present a problem she graciously gains an attitude like you are in the wrong! Stay far from this place!

Cheap, shoddy construction. No screens on the balcony doors to keep the bugs out. Cheap appliances, thin walls. Barely enough hot water to take a shower. Constant issues with the pool, the gates, and the trash pickup. Maintenance doesn't seem to care and just does the bare minimum. Dog waste sits on the grass all winter long. Management is disorganized and doesn't know what's going on, or they just can't get stuff done. Rental agreement is 40 pages of rules, and the consequences for breaking those rules. Lots of hidden fees, on top of the very high rent for Omaha. They require 60 days' notice if you want to move out when your lease ends. They regularly tow people's cars for parking over the white line, and charge $25 if you leave your trashcan in the hallway after trash pickup. The office is often closed, and their hours keep changing, and there's no one to contact outside of office hours. This place is run like a corporation: do the minimum, and charge the maximum. You've been warned!On the plus side, management is very friendly, when they're in the office. The landscaping and building exteriors look very nice. The apartment interiors look beautiful, if you don't look at the details. Pet friendly. A different food truck comes every Tuesday. The best part is, it's usually extremely quiet. It's 4 or 5 minutes from Maple, and 8 minutes from Dodge.

We have been in the apartment for 7 months, and it's gone down hill. We moved in because it was a gated community and had a beautiful pool; however, the gates haven't worked since we have moved in and the pool was closed by the state three times this summer. On top of that, the management is horrible, they barley communicate to tenants and when there is an issue they swipe it under the rug. The grounds aren't kept up as well. Since the apartment complex allows dogs there is dog poop everywhere even on the sidewalks but the ground team won't pick it up. We continue to have issues with them not picking up the trash and letting it overflow in the common area. Management just started rejecting packages in the office while their secured mail room has broken mailboxes. I won't recommend this place to anyone. They charge you for a high end apartment but not even close. Run and find another place to live. The only good thing about this complex is Krystal, she is kind heart and does a lot for her tenants. She knows everyone by name. She could be managing this complex not Shelby or Joseline.
