Had an amazing experience at the Van Gogh the Immersive Experience. It's different from what's normally here for us to do in the Omaha Metro Area. Shoutout to Yelp Omaha for our free tickets we won through an Instagram giveaway! (Follow if you haven't yet!) It takes about an hour to get through the exhibit. Make sure to use the bathroom prior to going, you are not allowed to come back inside when you leave. No food or beverages allowed in the experience. You can definitely come for a date night or bring the family! The color and projection is amazing and covers all the walls and even on the floor! So all ages will definitely enjoy it! We came at 6:30pm on a Sunday. It would normally be peak hour pricing for that so if you're watching your budget just click on different days and times, the pricing is different based on peak and non peak hours and days! You enter and walk through a quick bio of Van Gogh then enter a five minute exhibit room and then the experience which is a 37 minute loop! You can stay as long as you'd like, it's self-paced. There is a concession stand for after the experience. I am including a photo of the days and hours it's opened! There is a gift shop at the end as well. Lots of parking as it's an arena. Handicap accessible and stroller friendly! Hope you enjoy!

A traveling multi media presentation of the life and art of Vincent Van Gogh. Walk through a maze of screen projected art and Van Gogh's correspondence to learn about the artist and how his painting evolved. Tour is self guided and lasts about an hour. The final room is a 360 degree projection that combined with music takes you through the various aspects of his art. Worth a trip to appreciate one of the masters. Tickets are available online. Basic ticket is approximately $50.

You start the exhibit weaving through about 20 statement boards giving a nice history of the artist. You then enter a large room with two pillars in the middle. The artwork is projected on all the walls, pillars, and floor. In the room the experience is powerful and beautiful. We cycled through the presentation and got up to move on, but it was just the one room. I wish there was more! The website estimated about an hour to get through. We really took our time and were out in 45 min. Note, you can stand or sit on the floor. I wish I brought a blanket to sit on. Also, I'm not sure I'd pay full price. While it was an interesting experience I wouldn't say it's worth $50 per person.
