Will never use this company again. I purchased a family vacation plus the insurance that they had told me if anybody needed to cancel I would be 100% guaranteed my refund. We had two people cancel and this company is refusing to refund over $2000. Even after the first person had canceled I was made to continue to pay for her at the end knowing she was not going. I was assured by this company that I would get a refund once the entire vacation was paid off. They are now refusing to refund my money and refuse to respond to me or the Better Business Bureau about my refund. This place is a rip off. Don't use this company.

I've booked several trips in the past few years with vacation superstore. I love their weekly emails with trip ideas and costs. The best way to get info is to call. They continually tell you there are so many factors in booking your trips, they need to go over with you and they are right! When I called Jack - he explained the different resorts in my budget - getting me a 4 star resort with-in my budget. The trip down to Playa Del Carmen for me and my friends (6 couples) went without a hitch. The return was a different story. Our flight had been cancelled, and Jack jumped into action getting us all home. The 24-hour call went right to him and he worked with the airline and us. I'm not sure what we would have done without them. What do people with the internet sites do? They have no one to help them in a situation like that? Recently returned from an amazing trip to Jamaica. I booked my trip through Kala. With only a few phone calls with Kala, she set up a package for us. We did an all inclusive, which included airfare, transfers and hotel. We are huge beach people and the 7 Mile Beach wasamazing. More than words can say. We will definitely be using this agency for all ourupcoming trips.

Our trip in Dec 2019 before Christmas when as planned, we were meet as we expected and upon arrival at the resort we meet with our contact. the all inclusive resort went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.I have booked with them several times and am going to again great prices and they customize trips all you have to do is ask.

A friend booked her destination through this travel agency and Kristine in particular. Worst decision ever. Through a series of mismanaged decisions we ended up at a different resort from the bride and groom. We never received a confirmation email prior to departure and ended up paying $100 for taxi to and from the resort even though it was already included in what we paid - again would have been great to get an email. Getting to the right resort cost $20 each way per taxi ride and $60 per person to get in. Kristine said she would get us at least one pass, probably two so we were set for the wedding. Didn't deliver on that. The bride and groom paid for everyone the day of the wedding and the guests paid the day before. As the best man I had to leave as soon as the reception was over. Wtf. So many problems with the planning and execution that I can not fathom what in gods name this woman did to justify whatever her fee was. Again wtf?Avoid at all costs. Terrible agent and terrible travel experience with several thousands wasted.

Just got back from Seattle. Went through Jack, he found us a great hotel near lots of great restaurants and bars. He suggested the Underground tour and Pike Place Market. Everything went out without a hitch! Will use them again for sure.

We have booked with the Vacation Superstore now, let's see, for over 7 years and we are up 9-10 vacations now. (But could be more, old lady memory here!) We have booked Vegas (twice), Cancun, Puerto Morelos (twice), Punta Cana (twice), Jamaica and Puerto Vallarta. Last time I called I worked with Shawn, and she was the best! I had a specific time for a vacation, a budget and higher expectations to satisfy a birthday trip. She checked all the boxes, all while having the upmost of patience with me while I whittled thru the possibilities. She is already looking for another trip for us for Christmas. We have referred friends to work with The Vacation Superstore and I forward the weekly emails to all my friends looking for a vacation. The service Shawn provides is top notch! Can't wait to see what she has instore next.

Not the service I expected from a travel agency. I started booking with Vacation Superstore 6 months before our travel to Cancun at the end of May. I did not know that this agency does not book directly with the resort; they use a larger agency, Funjet Vacations, to book. In January, I called to ask how to access my reservation on the resort website so I could confirm my request for double beds and have our 4 rooms located close to each other. Barb was out of the office. John answered my phone call. He told me he would get back to me with the answer. Even after follow-up with him, he did not respond to my request. At 3:30 a.m. on the morning of travel we got an email notice that our flight out of Omaha was delayed 4 hours which meant we would not be able to make our connecting flight. I called the agency for help. The on-call agent told me that she called American Airline and was put on an 8-hour hold. She told me to go to the airport and work this out ourselves. There are 11 of us traveling. She did not help us look for other options. We looked online and could not find any flights for 11 people that day. I called American Airline and made travel arrangements myself. I was not on hold for 8 hours. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule flights for the next day. Barb told me that because we changed flights without their help, they would no longer help us with the airline booking.

Booked a trip through the owner he has zero personality first if all! Second our flight got cancelled called the 1-800 number at 12:30 am when we released our flight got cancelled got no notification from airline or agent and when I called she was less than helpful and rude! Next day had to call them 2hours after they opened no one thought to call and help our party of 7 to rebook I told Jack the agent was rude and he said how would you feel if someone called you at 12:30 um you offer the service!!! And I'm self employed if a client called me at whatever hour with a problem I'd be there and I told Jack that and he said yah sure you would!! He don't know me as I would!!!He never called to move our transportation they said oh you were supposed to be here yesterday as did our hotel so our rooms weren't together our vacation was ruined due to this travel agency!! IDK IF THEYVE EVER HEARD 1 BAD EXPERIENCE REACHES 10 AND ONE GOOD 1.. guess what I'm a hairdresser or 30 years you better believe my experience has reached many and my mission is to make sure no one Ik uses this place!!

We purchased the travel insurance for our trip to be able to cancel at anytime. One person in our party had to cancel so when I called and talked to my agent she said she would call the resort and see what the best way to do it was. She called back and said they said to pay for the entire trip then the next day we could cancel the one persons trip. I asked if this would increase the price of my trip since it would be 1 person in the room now and if it would I would share a room with 2 other people in our party. She assured me it wouldn't and this was the best way to do it. 6 weeks later when my refund came thru it was less than half the trip!!! When I asked about it I was told that thru refunded the flight portion, that my trip increased for only being 1 person. After telling her this isn't what we discussed she said she would check with the vendor. That was a month ago I have since e-mailed 2 times with no reply. I even have the owner Jack on the e-mails and still nothing.Poor customer service and they don't do what they promise. Would not recommend any more!!!It was a task getting the whole trip booked and taken care of this time as well.
