USA Hoich Irrigation

We really like the tech, but we cannot get them to call us back. We ask for a quote last fall. No response. Called again this spring and they said they would get back to us. Nothing. They send us a flyer in the spring, signed by the owners, stating how valuable we are to them. Seems a bit disingenuous.

My original intent was to give this company a one star rating but I have been a customer for several years without incident. However, today was a 360 experience......the staff person (Janet) making the schedule was rather rude and very offensive in delivering customer service. She was VERY argumentative when there was confusion on which phone number was to be called when the tech arrived. It was a bad experience and Janet made no attempt to calm the situation; only caused more aggravation and challenged everything I had to say. I told her if it is such an inconvenience for the Tech I will find another vendor to provide the service. Sounds like sensitivity training is in order.
