I mean.......It's USPS. There will be good days and bad days- at no fault (most) times of the person at the counter. I had received notice that an amazon package of mine was "undeliverable" so instead of waiting on hold for an hour on the phone for a representative (yes, that is the actual amount of time the automated voice quoted me) decided to hop in my car and drive to this location to ask someone at the desk what was going on.At 12-1 pm, on a weekday, I expect more than one worker at the counter. Nope. Just one, friendly, but overwhelmed guy who probably has to deal with the lunch rush alone way more often than he should have to. I dully waited for 15 mins before going to the counter. He helped me locate the package and told me it was on the truck for delivery that day (doh!) and I left satisfied that at least I knew where the package was and what the status was. The line piled to 10 people behind me though as he went to search the warehouse for my request. Sigh. I gave them an apologetic smile while exiting. Will things ever be brisk and efficient for a visit to USPS? Maybe not.

I guess happy customers don't often take the time to speak up. I WILL! As a small business owner, I've used the Papillion location thousands of times these past ten years. The people behind the counter are helpful and friendly - especially if you give them the same. I do have to wait in line quite often, and I am pleasantly surprised when I don't! But no more than 5-10minutes. Rarely have I ever seen only one clerk behind the counter. My shipping goes smoothly, and they often advise the least expensive way to fit my needs. Our delivery postman was great, and rarely did we ever have issues. When he retired, the transition had a couple of hiccups, as to be expected. But, as neighbors, we helped each other out during those two weeks, and all has been smooth these last 6 months. So, thank you USPS! Keep on truckin'!

12 people in line right now and only one employee at the counter. The customer at the counter must be mailing 50 small boxes. Other USPS employees have walked to the front only to leave out of sight again. Maybe schedule breaks around peak hours, like an hour before close it might be busy and people get off work. It's no wonder the post office has the reputation it has.

It is only about 90% of the time when the post office will pick up your packages. When call the location, nobody will answer the phone and if you call the 800 number then you get take them to the post office yourself. The need a management change or employees to be held accountable.

Horrible! I need to mail out 5,000 direct mail postcards for my company and tried understanding the instructions on the USPS website. Talk about a needlessly complicated process! I was so confused by the info on the website, I decided to head to this post office since it was close by. Hoping to have the process explained to me in a simple, easy to follow way and to have my questions answered, I was given a packet that our company already had. The packet was merely a regurgitation of the benefits of USPS direct mail. I threw up my hands in resignation and left.I'm probably going to go to a direct mailing company and pay more since I do not have the time to put up with these headaches from USPS. All of their other services are a headache as well. Is it any wonder why the USPS is slowly going extinct?

This station under the direction of it's station manager has no concept of effective station management. The employees are far more knowledgeable than management and preform due diligence in the execution of their task and do it with a helpful smile. It's not wonder that government is ineffective with management like this.....if this individual worked in the private sector....they would be out of a job.

They returned my mail after only 7 days when it was on a 10 day mail hold. They said there's nothing they could do. I waited for a manager who never showed up to speak with me. Will be using ups or FedEx from now on. A few days later I got a phone call from them looking to updated my address because " I moved". Apparently they can decide when / if people move now without said persons knowledge.
