US Post Office

We put a hold on our Mail. After 2 1/2 weeks we picked up 6 pieces of Mail. Said that was it. Told to look in our mailbox. Yes they did leave a few more pieces in the box. Went back a few days later. Another person found some more Mail in back. Still missing a credit card that I had to cancel. It was worthless to put a hold on the mail. They still delivered and lost some Mail. What was even worse was their attitude about it. They just didn't care.

The West Omaha United States Post Office is convenient for me to visit when I have large documents to mail compared to other locations I could use more often. Even though the strip mall area is not very authentic looking, the low volume of people and quick service is worth the stop. The parking lot is shared with other stores but never packed. The staff is always professional and efficient. If you don't want to wait in line at other places, see if this one will work for you.

It's a post office. Like most.Has the usual supplies. A staff clearly burdened, who manage to be friendly. Parking is easy enough. And, hey, love it or not, sometimes you need these places.

The team is well organized and very helpful. I love utilizing my posting necessities when I'm in a crunch.

I was given an address by a United States Marine who is at camp Pendleton in California. I used their exact address and the information was camp Pendleton California and then the ZIP Code 92055. The Postal Service returned it to me saying invalid address so I went to this office and ask the person could you verify the new address I have if it will get there or not. I showed them the old address and then I showed them the new address. He made a smart remark well it helps if you have the ZIP Code and I handed in the letter and said the ZIP Code was on both the old and the new address. The staff person name was Rich.I will do business elsewhere

Located in the Canfield Plaza near 84th & Center next door to Play it Again Sports, this USPS has ample parking. I haven't been there in a while so I don't know if it's usually so busy during the lunch hour or if it's the post-holiday back-to-business rush but there was a decent line that was kept moving quickly. When it was my turn, the postal staff clearly and politely explained shipping time, cost, tracking and insurance options for each of my 3 packages. This location has a lobby full of PO boxes upon entering and the usual postal supplies available for purchase. I was impressed with their card display and selection. Ideal for one-stop shopping!

Front Clerk Lita at the Post Office on 11th & Pacific is the Best Clerk You'll Ever Meet. *She Always Goes Above & Beyond to Take Care of Her Customers in Line. I've been a PO Box customer & a Regular Customer on 11th & Pacific for 20+ Years, and 1. Every single time I either don't have my PO Box key with me Lita Gratefully gets my mail for me when needed. 2. If a package that arrived at the facility more than a day ago (close to 2 days) due to the FedEx/UPS Tracking #s, Lita Gratefully goes back to search for it & finds it if it wasn't in my PO Box. 3. ***Lita is always a Happy Camper at her job & Lita is a Definite Keeper!P.S. Lita deserves a 5+++++ Rating Score!P.S. Other Front Clerks, 1 in particular, complain that those 2 scenarios above isn't their job to do & kick me/you, the customer(s) to the curve.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered, next to Des Moines..this is the 4th package that spent 2 days in Des Moines, was shipped to Omaha (so close.. almost here) but it went right back to Des Moines. What's up Omaha??

I went to the Post Office on 3030 Meridith today to pick up my mail and a package I had on hold due to a house fire. Provided the young lady a tracking number she said it showed delivered to a postal locker as it did on my phone and she would need her supervisor to investigate. I waited 12 minutes in their non air conditioning front then asked her to go get her again since she had not come forward. She told the young lady the tracking was wrong and sent her up to me to get it again, as the young lady stated at that time her supervisor should have came forth but didn't so I Provided it again! She takes it back supervisor comes forward with an attitude and tells me that's not a valid tracking number. The young lady tells her she had it up on her screen but it disappeared and also at this point has my phone that shows the same. This Woman Elaine tells me there is nothing she can do without a number which I have provided I ask her what it is she can do this woman tells the other young lady get her info I'm not dealing with this. This bitch was unprofessional and rude and definitely didn't want to do her job and it's ashame she is a site manager I have escalated this as I still don't have my package. Do better
