I wrote a book (humble brag) and when I launched my website, I started to get a lot of orders, and quickly realized USPS was the best route for mailing. I came in one day with over 50 orders to process and they were so nice. One of the clerks worked with me to find the best way to ship, under media mail, and kept the costs as low as she could (spoiler they've gone up!)I like how friendly and efficient this post office is. I have since shipped out many book orders and even some clothing returns here. It's my favorite and I'd prefer this than going to Hyvee to ship the same thing

Okay, as far as a government agency goes. It has a good location, it's clean, and it's big enough to have all the services you could want. I just wish they had better hours. Not sure if it's just this location or if the government regulates the hours overall. But, while coming here isn't my favorite thing, it's not a bad experience.

I lost an important document because of this office. The mail man decided that my mail box is full and returned it to immigration . I tried multiple times to ask about it in the office and all I got from the female delivery supervisor (Diane) in her 50s that she cannot help me and I should clean my mail box if I am worried about losing important documents . She even refused to try to help me and asked me to leave from the front door when I told her she was not helpful.

This is by far the friendliest and most helpful post office I've been too. I went to renew my passport and Gary, was extremely helpful. He made everything simple and showed me exactly what to do. It's a little more different than when I first applied 10 years ago. Some of the changes are for the better. Needless to say, if you have to get your passport talk to Gary. He is the best!

The cheapest price they quoted me was $86 to ship an oblong package to Canada with tracking, and $38 without tracking; tracking was required. I went to the N 102nd and Military location and shipped it priority, with tracking, for $40.50. I'm not really sure how one location can be that off in terms of price, since they're the same organization offering the exact same shipping options, but it's no wonder people choose UPS and/or FedEx as an alternative if they are quoted inaccurate, high prices when they shouldn't be.

I went to the mailbox this morning. Had the neighbors mail. Hand delivered it to them. Called the Boys Town PO and spoke to Ron. He said there was a substitute carrier yesterday. I asked for them to send someone out to check out where the mail is. Ron said it wouldn't happen today until the new mail was delivered. Wonder if I will get yesterday's mail?

Very rude, unhelpful and terrible customer service. The one on 136th in Millard is much more pleasant.

Poorest ran PO in Omaha. Do not ask for management because they are to busy to to address customers who are the taxpayers that pay their salaries. Called back since post master would not address my concern in person and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes; I was told she, Linda, was at lunch. typical government worker. Also, dare to ask for other manager, they threaten that they will call the police, THX Kyle, great customer service.
