US Post Office

Manty gave me the best service EVER! So nice to explain the options (I am sorry I reviewed the wrong post office the first time) huge line but no one was rushed or pressured to hurry up even 10 minutes before closing!!!! First time there and my experience was AMAZING! Great parking...and great customer service!

Very efficient and kind workers. I had lots of questions on packaging and mailing for my Etsy shop and the lady that helped was very helpful, patient and gave me great information!

We went here a few times this week and had nothing but a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a bit of a line on one of our visits, but it went pretty quickly. Every few minutes, one of the workers would call out (in a friendly manner) asking if anyone was dropping off pre-paid items or picking up which really helped to speed things up. I'm kind of excited to need postal services again so I can visit this particular branch. It's by far the friendliest that I've encountered over the years.

Friendly, helpful government employees. Always helpful and fast, efficient service.Sometimes there are lines, but they move fast.

This has been my neighborhood post office for years. While there can excruciatingly long lines during peak hours (and all of December), the best time I've found to get in and out with the swiftness is at around 3 p.m. on weekdays.I've been amazed at how calm and collective the staff at this USPS location handle themselves under the pressure of a room full of antsy, grumbling people waiting to mail this and that -- no matter what, they treat everyone with the same kindness and extreme patience as if there were no lines at all. I couldn't do that without blowing my top from time to time.Also, if you're still stuck in the '90s or something, you can secure your very own P.O. Box at this location.

Still absolute pleasure to work with the staff here. Gloria was a little intimidating at first but she was real honest regarding the holiday weekend. I had very important documents that were time sensitive and she gave me the options that I had. I left feeling good with a calm sense of mind knowing my documents will be there on time or else my money back. I'm never prepared when I come here and this time I needed a paper clip which she gave me with no hesitation! Love this location! I will continue doing all my postal business here!

Convenient location when I lived in the Dundee area however the lines can get long during peak times like the lunch hour and after work. Very friendly and helpful staff. One thing I really liked about this location when I lived in apartment was that they sometimes had a special line if you were there only to pick up a package.

The staff here is uber friendly and efficient. With that being said, they can also be the busiest post office in Omaha. If you catch them at the wrong time, you can be waiting quite a while. This is a smaller branch and take care of all of your postal needs. If you want to take care of your passport paperwork, then you will have to call ahead and make an appointment.

Love this post office. It gets a little busy around lunch, but the postal workers are super nice! They always have answers form when I have questions. I pop by about twice a month! Only wish they had an automated system outside which would allow me to mail packages or get stamps without waiting in line.

First impressions matter, and this building and its grounds could use some sprucing up. Wish the exterior drop boxes had more frequent pick-up times. Inside, the service is fine.
