Honestly, I am submitting this on behalf of the lady in front of me. Lady came in with about 20 boxes, was kind enough to let everyone go before her since she knew she'd be a while (we weren't ready). The worker helping her was SO sweet and friendly and professional. Then comes out another employee, scowl on her face, comes to the front, frowns harder, walks away, comes back, tells the lady they can't process more than 12 boxes at a time, especially around lunchtime. When it was pointed out that it was 3pm, she said well this is our lunch time. The lady had to ask if they could process the rest since there was only 2 left, and the employee paused and sighed and said yes. It kind of felt like a made up policy... it was kind of hilarious since it wasn't happening to me.

This piece of shit ran down joke of a post office lost MY package and tried to blame it on me! I have a PO Box there and they kept giving me the run around playing dumb just because they're about to close. Just because they don't care about the way they look or conduct themselves doesn't mean they can treat anyone any kind of way. I'm closing my P.O. Box and getting my money back for that plus my package! Just wanted to share my bad experience

Rude employees and rude managerJeff the guy working the counter was very rude to multiple customers in front of me then basically toldMe he could not help me when all I had to do was scan a QR code and he could go fixed the issue but he had a small line after closing his manager did not attempt to help him instead he stood at the door ushering people away I understand that it closes at 5 and staying late sucks but you still have to take care of the customer and in this case these 2 both failed epically. I normal don't give bad reviews but when I returned the second day to ship my package I arrived one minute before closing to the same manager and Jeff locking the door my package had prepaid shipping I asked if I could just get a printed receipt manager refused he did take my package through the tiniest crack he could through the door. I'm not saying stay open till 530 or 6 and I'm not even saying don't turn folks away but be open till posted time and don't be rude and throw peoples packages and talk down to them because your upset you had to work a few minutes longer. If you can't handle the job Jeff and his manager maybe get out of customer driven business. I'll use fedex going forward good luck.

I have had nothing but the best and friendliest service at this location. I go there because I don't usually get it at "my" zip code post office. Sometimes the line is longer than I like, but everyone is handled professionally and efficiently...and with a smile! P.S. I do not live in San Fransisco. I live in Omaha, NE..What's up YELP?n
