US Post Office

writing less than positive reviews is never fun. i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

Very nice staff and clean/organized lobby area. I initially went to the downtown USPS location who blew me off because I needed help shipping a large box 1hr to their closing time. Well worth making the drive from downtown to this Ralston (7300 Main St) location. They helped me get the same box shipped and insured. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to be assisted by happy and helpful staff!

Worst customer service possible. Treated very rudely by a female clerk at the counter. I asked her not to raise her voice to me and she became even more hostile and called out her supervisor. The supervisor pounded his fists on the desk and stated "what's the problem?" His tone softened when he could see that I was not going to be rude back. He took me into an office and apologized for his earlier demeanor stating that he had been "screamed at all day". The issue was mail addressed to my fiancé not being delivered to my mailbox and being returned to sender. Both the clerk and her supervisor seemed confused as to why I would be receiving mail for someone with a Spanish name. I explained that the gentleman is my fiancé. The supervisor slammed the letter on a desk and shook his head. I said I didn't think his attitude was appropriate and asked if I could resolve the matter at another post office. The supervisor shouted "hit the door" to me and followed me out of the post office shouting at me.
