It's the holidays and people have stuff to mail. And this post office has exactly 1 person working the counter. The down side is I am only here because the mailboxes at my complex are broken and I have to come to the PO to retrieve my mail. Starting to wonder just how important my mail is since I pay all my bills online. But somebody may have sent me a gift card for Christmas, and I don't want to miss out.

Good post office. It's nice and clean, wasn't too busy when u went. I came to return a package and they have a self service machine that's easy to use and walks you through the postage buying process, however it was running slow so I decided to just use the counter. The postage came up to $5.35 and the machine had wanted to charge me $8. So, I'd say it's more accurate to go to the counter. Tim, who was working, was nice and helpful.

This is my actual first review I've ever left, I'm a very easy going guy & I know work stressors are hard for everyone - but I just flat out received pretty horrible service, even with my standards and patience. I simply called to see if my package was available for pickup, and was left with a sour taste to start my day off. The male clerk said, "Well, why would you think your package is here." My response, "I received a notice for pickup with your address..."Our 5 minute long conversation was full of snarky and deliberately passive-agressive remarks questioning my ability & follow-up. It's not like we get a say in where we pick up our packages, I can only hope it's not this location ever again.

So come to find out this year I buy a gift for myself from across seas but once it hit this location they end up lying and stating they delivered my package but the mail man I spoke to said he had no packages for my address weird. They also do not take photos of delivered products more so they trust the word of new or existing employees if u want ur packages safe I would strongly suggest a different mailing company by far. I'm

Second time package delivered to the wrong lock box. This carrier has a bad record of miss handling and sending mail and packages to the wrong address. The post office in question at 6012 N. 102, Omaha, NE 68134 does not pick up phone after numerous attempts. I have no way of getting answers regarding the mishandling of my mail other than driving 5 miles to initiate an inquiry regarding their lack of customer service.

The so called supervisor is a very lazy and useless good for nothing SOB. He refused ground service for my package because he didn't want to do his job. The customer lady whom is new, didn't know how to do her job effectively yet. When she had to get the supervisor to help me, he had the audacity to make up an exorbitant amount of excuses to refuse helping me and he refused service, told me to go to another post office. He worked really hard and diligently to avoid helping the person he was called out to help, me, by asking other customers if they needed help first while I just stood there being ignored. Then he proceeded to make himself appear busy walking around aimlessly until I had no choice but to say "hey are you the manager that I have been waiting for to help me". He then used the newbie as an excuse to refuse service, saying that if she's not comfortable shipping my package, then neither is he, mind you the newbie doesn't know what to do, and this grown lazy pig is hiding behind her. He made so many excuses to avoid helping me ship my package for my requested ground service and yet the other customers packages were taken care of. I have noticed that this location cannot retain employees, the same manager is never replaced, and yet the same problems persist. I do intent to file a complaint with OIG. It is very disgusting that I was profiled as a domestic terrorist, the length that this lazy supervisor went to, just because it was almost closing time and the weekend, and all this overpaid lazy piece of wanted to do was go home. I left the post office very sad, upset, and feeling descriminated due to the nature of the excuses the supervisor used.

First off, I moved in to my area and we have cluster boxes and it took MONTHS for USPS to even deliver mail there. What a pain to drive to the post office, wait in a long line every time, just to get daily mail, every day. Second off... I am not getting my mail. I am currently trying to find a package I ordered and according to the tracking, they delivered it. To who? Where? I live literally right across the street from the cluster box and it could have been set at my door. Now I am searching for it. There are never enough people working the counter there. I had another package that was never found... and fortunately the sender refunded my money. I want to put in a request for this package... but you have to wait 7 days. But I know it was delivered and want them to start looking for what they lost or mis-delivered now. Not pleased.

I am writing this review on the mail service from this post office to our home. We live in a neighborhood where we have group mailboxes. One to three times every month, we get someone else's mail, and someone else gets our mail. Those of us in the neighborhood have had to get in the habit of delivering the wrong mail to the right address and hoping that our mail is delivered to us by whichever neighbor received it. We missed receiving a check payment two months ago, and over Christmas, two of our packages were delivered elsewhere in the neighborhood and were not delivered to us by those individuals till after Christmas. Not receiving our mail one to three times a month is not a great track record.
