US Post Office

Mailing out a couple boxes out of state...thank you "Manty" for your amazing customer service...he explained the various options (by price and priority) no judgment ...my boxes looked pretty wonky lol...the line was all the way out the door and down the hallway ..yet employees were giving us the best assistance ever! First time at this post office and I was very impressed that it was 10 minutes to closing ...yet nobody was rushed or given less attention.

What a pleasant surprise to visit a Post Office that has such great staffing. Normally, I dread visits to any Post Office, because of notoriously long lines. There were six customers in line, including me, and all of us were done within 5 minutes. This is a pretty small Post Office, but there are still mailing supplies available for purchase.

It's hit and miss here on service therefore I give it an a-ok rating. The staff is friendly and helpful on different mailing options. However, many times they have only 1 person working when there's a line out the door. How is it that there's 3 stations but only one person working at one of them?The parking lot is tight and not many spaces. Where on earth do the workers park? I've often driven through the lot with no parking spots available only to keep driving and mutter to myself, "I'll just come back later."

A a middling attempt at public service and postal management. Not surprisingly, the worker behind the counter was disengaged and disinterested. But, in a government type job, this is commonplace and may actually serve as the expected Benchmark against which all other performance is compared.After a short 22 seconds of standing directly in front of him and waiting, he eventually got off his phone. I know, 22 seconds seems like not such a long time. But you try standing directly in front of someone for 22 seconds while they look down at their phone looking back and forth between apps and tell me that you don't get a little bit anxious.At any rate, you get what you expect from this post office. Inconvenience entry point to the parking lots of, disinterested service, and a muffled response when you say cheerily "Thanks! Have a great day!"

First and definitely not last time I will use this USPS for all my business (even though it's not the closest to me). The staff was so lovely, helpful, and gracious. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my parcel shipped today (even having to stay a few mins past close when they certainly didn't have to.) Thank you to a great team!

This like a mirror image of the post office north of Dodge on Saddle Creek. Except it's a little more homy and retro. It almost has a small town feel to it, like it belongs on corner of some sleepy main street. I suppose I kind of like that.I was here on a Monday afternoon and the line was short, the staff was friendly and I was out of there in under five minutes. I might consider going here more often as the post office nearest my house can be busy during any of its business hours. It's also worth noting that buying envelopes and shipping tubes directly from the post office is cheaper than grabbing something from, say, OfficeMax or Office Depot.

I stop by this USPS station when needed on the way home from work (4:45-ish) and it's a good one. Aside from the December holidays, the lines usually aren't too horribly long and move quickly. The staff aren't super chatty but they are polite, helpful and efficient which is what you want at a gov't agency. The one thing I don't like about this location is the parking. There is not much of it and it's almost a bit dangerous when pulling in off Saddle Creek during rush hour traffic with someone right on your bumper. Make sure to signal well in advance!! When there isn't a spot, I have parked at the Hy Vee gas station next door and walked over.

very rude customer service at this location. don't expect anyone to offer any time of help. they yell at you when they aren't being understood and are lazy. i tried to understand what the guy meant and he made me feel like i was in wrong for wanting my package today when i was told i was getting it today.
