US Post Office

They were super friendly and helped me package and seal some shoes I was sending out!

If I could leave no stars I would. I just walked in to this post office because my tracking number said "ready for pickup" at this location. The lady working (they're always incredibly rude at this location) told me that "ready for pickup" means that they probably put it on a truck again this morning... then she said she would go looking for it still. 25 minutes later I walked out. She never came back.

What happened to customer service? Give Federal Employees a bad name. While three people stood in front one person worked. Ugh! Never again. Avoid.

Indian village post office is wonderful, Will helped me with my package and my mailman Jim brought it back to me! Thank you guys for caring and helping me out. Deb Swanson

The ability of this post office to deliver packages in 2016 has been unreliable. Four packages lost and only two recovered and paying for two or one day delivery is a waste of money.
