Absolutely horrible service and it has been this way for several years. Very disappointing and the rate of lost mail/deliveries is over 80%. Either hire better help or just close your site and transfer to a better site for our mail delivery.

As a USPS customer from outside Philly, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my (thus far) 1 and only experience with this PO. My Mail Box place HERE entered the wrong zip (and I didn't notice) so my package went to 68028 instead of 68025 where it should have gone. The woman who helped me on the phone could not have been more kind or helpful and was forwarding my package on to where it should have gone to begin with. TY for your stellar service!

My mail and packages are consistently delayed "due to my local post office". This post office has been a big problem for Gretna for years. Not reliable and not good customer service. Every time I go in to the office, there is a long line. Other people who are working there continue to do their work without opening a second cash register to ease the congestion. Avoid this office if at all possible!
