US Post Office

Just getting all those Mother's Day, Graduation, Birthday and Just Because Cards mailed...it's a Family Affair at our house...furbaby ride...great location and so convenient..self serve and lobby open ...bright lights!

I am not complaining about the service, per se, which is always very good for a local post office branch, but rather that a postal employee was walking about the lobby coughing openly, uncovered as she "helped" people with the postage machine and holiday package drop. Her cough was rough and each time she hacked, the people in line would turn to look at her in amazement that she was just standing there in a lobby full of people just letting it fly, not bothering to turn away, not isolating, not even masked. I got out of there as fast as I could, but not before being within feet of the cough as she checked in with those of us in line. I stay at home most of the week for work, so I don't encounter many people in close proximity these day, and five days after this visit, I now have a cough and have tested positive for Covid. I truly have no doubt this was my exposure and hope that she and other postal workers will just stay home when sick. Have we learned nothing about the importance of self-care and respect for others' health?

I haven't received any mail in almost 3 weeks because whoever runs me my mail marked my apartment as vacant. WTF. My grandmother has been buying my tags and registration over and over again because my mail has been disappearing into thin air. I called a week ago and asked if I had any mail being held up at the postal office and they said "ooh, don't have anything for you"... y'all didn't wanna tell me the carrier listed my apartment as VACANT. I didn't even get clarification until I went up there and spoke to them in person. Apparently they're supposed to give you a "vacant slip" and I never got it. I check me mail DAILY?! My bank statements get sent to my address as well and they just disappeared... isn't that great? Someone out there probably has my bank information. YAYYYYY

I wonder if USPS even reads these? We used to have the best mail carrier for years! He retired and service went downhill. The first issue was that the new carrier was frightened of our dog even though his perimeter would not allow him close. However, I did keep dog during usual mail delivery time. Second issue was a new carrier and mail would come at all different times but usually very late. Now we have not received mail for several days. A note was put in the box stating our home was listed as "vacant". LOL, we're still here. I called post office and she was pleasant but offered no explanation or apology. "Put your name on the note and the carrier will pick it up." Why do I not trust the USPS?

Welcome to the absolute worst post office!I keep fighting with the home delivery route. When I first moved in the mailman made it a point to have our names on the box to aid them. Not a problem. Forward three years later and I still get mail for the previous occupants even after dropping it back off here at the station with "Not At", "No Longer At This Address", etc. Yesterday I get my 401k statement from the secretary. Post office marked it as undeliverable no address known. And it was the correct name and address since three years ago. I have filled 2 complaints online without any feedback or any follow up at all.Really wish the downtown station on Pacific St had kiosk or longer service hours to help avoid this place.This station does not even try to deliver Certified Mail or packages, just easier to drop a pink notice card in your box than to actually do their job.The staff is very rude and short with you. If you don't wish to deal with the public, get out of customer service.

I came here for a passport photo and passport renewal process. I did not have all the correct forms and the staff were very helpful in explaining what I needed and spent extra time helping me get what I needed to send the package without any errors

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Our regular mail man Tom is fantastic but we have way to many subs. The subs do NOT know what they or doing or simply just do NOT care. They have dropped our outgoing mail 2 blocks away and a neighbor found them and brought them back to us. They never check for outgoing mail and over the weekend you are lucky if they actually deliver your mail. Then when you try to catch them to take your outgoing mail these subs act like its an inconvenience. Rude, Lazy & incompetent subs! The usps won't make it another 20 years with service like this.

I went there this morning to mail out a package Daniel waited on me I couldn't understand where he was saying he was acting like he was an auctioneer I may have gotten 1% of what he said

Delivered my package to the wrong house yet again this is getting very annoying and when you call up there there's only a few that are actually nice and don't just hang up on you

The delivery girl is awful at her job delivers packages to the wrong place have seen her multiple times run back to a house and take a package back. Then accused us of take a package we obviously didn't now I haven't received my package that was supposed to be delivered last week
