Uribe Refuse Services

Uribe Refuse is always reliable and on time. Almost to my fault ... that if I forget last minute, they usually somehow manage to swing back around. I used to live in Omaha and the refuse workers there would destroy my bins. I would have to replace them yearly. Uribe not only provides you as many bins as you need, but they gently roll them halfway up your driveway, off to the side dkntkjf garage is still accessible.Best refuse service I've dealt with in years and many cities. Thank you Uribe!

We have had Uribe for three years. Pretty good. We moved so we tried switching over to using them at our new address. I called and left a voicemail this morning around 9am and never got a call back so unfortunately will have to use another service. Bummer. I don't know why we wouldn't have gotten a call back after waiting 12+ hours.

Uribe Refuse Services is the best. If I forget to put the trash receptacle out they will come up and get it. They always put the receptacle back in it's place rain or shine. I emailed them about taking a couple appliances. I received a reply in a few hours. An yes they took the items. I wouldn't think of using a different refuse service. They are definately the best!

Over the course of the almost 3 years we've lived at our home I've had to call customer service quite a few times due to services not being completed. I know things happen every once in a while, but the attention to detail is lacking in my opinion. I understand it's probably a hard job, and I thank them for all that they do to keep things tidy for our community but there should be upgrades to quality control.

Wow it's disheartening to see how many people get good service out of these guys, we've had them for 3 years and they are the laziest most inprofessional trash company my family has ever come across. I have called multiple time due to the way they return our trash cans back (literally never in the same way and always half assed) and nothing has ever been done to change it. The woman in the office always seems offended I would have anything to complain about, Arrogant lazy people who lack professionalism and can't keep it together: You could possibly have a good experience but I wouldn't even risk it to be honest. I have never written a review on any company before but this has just gotten so old and seeing how many people have good things to say, I can't not tell my side of the story. it's been the most frustrating company to work with. I cannot wait to get a new one. We will be going with Paragon Sanitation from now.

Amazing customer service that is always helpful and very kind when I've called in. We have forgotten to put our dumpster on the curb a few times and one of their crew has walked up our drive way to get it and they always put it back in it's place and don't just leave it on the curb or halfway up the drive.

Rented a rolloff. Great customer service from Jeff and Jason. Made the extra effort to pick up the rolloff when finished. It made it an overall smooth transaction. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, always. The company goes above and beyond for their customers. There were days we forgot to put our trash to the curb and they would empty our bins anyway, retrieving them from the side of the garage. Their office staff is always friendly as well whenever I spoke with them regarding billing or change of address.
