Urban Rack

Meh, didn't find much in here. Got some accessories though and they were affordable. I guess what turned me off big time is when I was paying the sales lady person says "what's your phone number?" Said it in this really demanding way. I said no thanks. I asked why she said we like to keep track of your purchases. Um, okay... I'll pass. Didn't feel welcomed in here.

I love Urban Rack for up-to-date styles at reasonable prices. The workers are fantastic and the store is comfortable. The only con is the organization. I'd like to see things more clearly separated (I.e. dresses, shorts, skirts, etc) and clearly marked with sizes.

I don't get why the 2 most honest reviews are not recommended. They honestly don't take anything at all. I didn't expect a lot because its second hand. But I bought a pair of lulu lemons online wrong size and couldn't return them. Brand. New. Never worn and brand new Nikes at least worth $60 so I expected maybe they'd take both and give me $20 or $30 for bothInstead they tried to get 2 forever21 shirts and the lulu lemons and the Nikes for $12 and when i said no to the lulu lemons and Nikes because that was absurdly low she say they only can bundle the clothes? I couldn't just sell the items I felt would be bought at a fair price All or nothing. Very disappointed.

Ehh, I would rather just give my stuff to goodwill instead of going through their buying process. Inside the store is dark and cluttered. They don't go through your items quickly, instead taking up to a couple business days to do that. Say Whaaaaat? It takes you a couple days to go through my bag of items. All of my items I brought in were trendy and great brands, they passed on it all. Go to goodwill, or let your friends take a look.

I brought a pair of like new BRAND NEW UGG boots to them. Seriously these had no buttons missing sole was perfect even the fur inside was still furry and not to mention no stains! I was told the "owner" couldn't take them? Why? These boots would sell probably next day at your location. I just thought it was ridculous. I'm mean do I have to bring in UGG boots in the box with the recipet where I bought them from? I'll be taking my business elsewhere maybe platos closet can offer me a deal. What a joke.
