After my 11 year old som went with a friend, I signed him up for a membership. After two visits he said the place was boring, they closed several of the amenities, and he called the place "trash". None of his friends liked it either, nor did they want to go with him again. I tried to cancel the membership but apparently I had signed up for 12 months. What kind of business does that anymore? Moat businesses who do offer membership are on a month to month with 30 day cancellation notices. But not this place. So beware, and whatever you do don't sign up for a membership because you are in it for at least 1 year. We will never go again and I ended up paying $134 cancellation fee to get out of it.

My kids love this place but as a parent it gives me major anxiety. It is impossible to keep track of your child with all the tunnels/play equipment and such. Not a huge fan but my kids have a blast there.

Good Clean Fun. The best way I can describe my experience here and with the staff. All the rides functioned well and safety was at the top list of priority from the staff. For two and a half hours we got our fill of fun and can't wait to come back for more! Big thanks to the Urban Air staff for opening their doors til midnight!

I hadn't been to Urban Air since they first opened. I really enjoyed it back then. This time, it was also enjoyable except for one of the staff. I'm not sure if she was a manager, but she took on the role of an unprofessional manager. She was also very rude. She had already rudely told us to take our small cake back to the car. No problem. Later, she rushed over to us to ask if we had a kid with dreadlocks. She said we needed to come with her to get him because he was being unruly. She took us to a kid we did not know. She never apologized for having us stop what we were doing or anything. She just took off. I didn't get her name. She should not be allowed to work in a customer service position ever. Other than that, it's still a pretty fun place for families.

We've been in a few other trampoline parks, but I think this franchise is probably my favorite. Yes they are pricey, but I feel like this particular location had nice upkeep for the equipment and such. They have a lot of teenagers working and walking around the area so of course they're not overly attentive, but the ones I interacted with were very nice. They were helpful with my son and his friends as needed without hesitation. We didn't try the other food, but it was pretty nice to see. they offered a small variety of adult beverages for not participating in the activities.

Had way too many rules. You're not aloud to do flips on any of the trampolines. They also had the words "Jump Twist Flip" on one of their walls but when my little cousin did a flip he got yelled at. If we're signing a waiver why can't we do flips?

I've taken two of my grandchildren here this summer. It's expensive and noisy, but the kids like it. If they turned down the music, it would be more pleasant. A word about the staff: most are teenagers and look bored. Most do not look at or speak to the kids. An exception was Ava, who worked in the rock climbing area. Ava smiled at and spoke quietly to the children as she was helping them. She paid attention to who needed help and responded efficiently. If Urban Air were filled with teens who related to the customers as Ava did, it would be a vastly different experience.

We got the Platinum pass where the description was literally "Soar all day Platinum Attractions for one low price." But apparently "All Day" means 2 hours! That would have been nice to know ahead of time! Definately wouldn't have waited in line for the last 15 minutes for the Virtual Reality just to be told that our time was up and we had to leave. I even double checked at the front desk because I thought our wristbands were for all day...but Nope. 2 hour time limit. Other than that it was fun.
