Easy to work with. Decent prices. Professional and polite. Whenever I'm throwing a big event, I hit up United for tables, linens, canopies, etc. Even if you're in a pinch and need something next day, they can usually accommodate you next day. They'll deliver and set up everything, if you'd like too. I also like their convenient location near Saddle Creek and Leavenworth. But if that's a no-go for you, just call in your order and set everything right up.

Hello my name is Carla Galvez I am(was) a customer with you and so is my family for a while. There was last minute change of plans on a order I made for my weekend wedding, already stressed I called to change the order and was told by Amy I'd get a refund I thanked them and agreed. I called back curious of how I'd receive my refund, a male picked up and asked me to wait, I over heard him ask Amy the question I over heard her saying rude things like "what is she thinking?" Or "she's crazy!" When it was just a simple question! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'D EVER HAD.

I have used them for my wedding and numerous occasions and always found them helpful and accommodating ! The guy who answers the phone is lacking personality but will take the order and once your here they are awesome!

I would absolutely not recommend this company. Looking back, I would definitely go with one of the more reliable competitors in Omaha. The confusion by employees and complete lack of organization created a very stressful wedding day for me. Let me first say that I had a fairly large order of about $1500 with United. They delivered the wrong size table linens on the day of my wedding and required that I call them THAT DAY to bring myself up to payment in addition to have to go switch the linens out. Even though this was their fault, I did it. I called and payed the extra money because of their mistake. Now months later, I've received a bill for $6.88... really?! After all that, you are going to invoice me another $6.88 because of yet another thing you forgot? I would go with a company that isn't full of surprise costs and treats their customers like they matter.

We used this company for our outdoor wedding on June 7th. We were very disappointed in this company. When we went to pay the final bill before delivery, they increased the price. They said that they hadn't included the labor for putting the linens on the tables, even though we had told them all along that we were not doing any of that, we wanted them to handle it. Throughout the last year they had also been telling us that they would set up the evening before our wedding. When it came to that week though, they changed it and said they had to many other deliveries so they had to do it Saturday morning (the day of our wedding) Then when the crew came out to deliver everything they were extremely unprofessional. The person in charge kept cussing out his employees and complaining about the crew he had. They broke the archway that we were supposed to get married under & put it back together with duct tape & string. They also did not bring enough clips to hold the linens on the tables so they kept blowing off all day. Thankfully when we finally called about needing more clips, someone did bring more out, after arguing that we didn't pay for them. The following Monday I called them and asked to speak to the owner to discuss the experience we had, and I have still not received a phone call back. Each time I have tried since, the owner is not available either. Very disappointed and would not suggest going here for rentals!
