I needed a special type of connector plus a few other things. I was at their Elkhorn store late in the afternoon. The gentleman there was incredibly helpful and kind. He took care to understand what I needed and went out of his way to make sure that I really had the best solution to the problem. He also worked to make the materials as affordable as possible.
