Under Armour Factory House

This is a large store with a great selection of Under armour gear. They occasionally have really good sales and the store is very clean and the staff has been friendly when I've been in. Stop in and browse if you're around.

Had some pretty great sales when we were in and I had to keep buying things when she kept telling us that we would get more off if we spent 5 more or 10 more lol!! I love the brand over all but the regular prices are a killer!! Thank god I can fit in boys (size 7y) shoes, I got 2 pair to the price of 1 pair for my so (size13 in mens) LOL

The service here is fantastic! Also a great place to look for gifts and deals on workout gear.

Prices were excellent because it was all on sale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was well maintained, dressing rooms were clean. Plenty if things to choose from for my, extremely clothes picky, son.

Awesome sales. Good products. Still haven't tried a pair of Under Armour shoes, but I'll get to it. Easy to get to from Omaha.

Amazing selection! Very organized and clean. The service was outstanding! The customer service upfront particular was beyond helpful.

The last three times I have came to this location there have been long lines, only one or two checkers and a lot of workers just standing around.

I bought a sports bra from here to drive over 30 miles back home to find out they forgot to take the sensor off. I had to drive all the way back there the next day, all the manager could offer me was a 10.00 off 50.00 purchase for their mistake, keep in mind they gave EVERYONE who made a purchase one of those cards. Which, I said I received yesterday and she said "Oh, well now you have 20 off 100.00!" So, not only did I waste my time and gas money they expect me to spend another 50.00 to enjoy 10.00 off. I will absolutely not be giving any of my money back to a store who doesn't make their wrongs right. They could of at least given me a small in store credit or taken a percentage off my prior purchase. This manager didn't even apologize for this mistake. What happened to good customer service? There goes over an hour of my day driving with a car sick toddler for their mistake.

If I could give this a worse rating I would. Had to return an item, got a gift card, even though I had my sales receipt but want to give my son an opportunity To but something with his own money. When he tried to use it. It had nothing on it, I was told to bring my receipt and they would do my return. Brought it in and got the run around ended up waiting for over 60mins just to use my gift card. Not helpful at all and really bad service. Would rather pay full price then try to save a dollar.
