U Pull-It

Played phone tag for days to get someone to pick up my old car. By the time I was finally able to speak to someone and arrange a time to pick up my vehicle they made me wait hours and then never called me back. A complete waste of time and energy.

Just wish they would hire someone else for the online inventory page. It's rarely updated, sometimes it tells you vehicles are there that have long been removed, or you stumble onto more then one of the same model you searched for on the lot but they aren't listed in the website inventory. That makes it pretty much worthless. Shame, it wasn't always that way.

Decent, well-organized junkyard. Cars are all up on stands and organized by makes (Ford, GM, Chrysler, Imports) and the lot is mostly gravel so it shouldn't be too bad if its rained recently. Kind of tough to find since its on a dead-end portion of Grace in a valley surrounded by railroad tracks and grain elevators; I was on 16th St. (a major road) but did not see a way across until I got all the way further north then went east and then south on 11th to find Grace again. Once there however it was clearly marked so as to differentiate it from the various other scrap metal businesses that are in the area.

This place has been here for a long time! I remember coming here in high school for a part that my car needed. (20+years ago) Today I ventured here with my son to get some parts he needed for his car. My, how time flies! You park out front and upon entering pay $2.00 a person to enter the yard. You can ask at the front where a certain type of car is that you might be looking for and they will give you a printout with a row where it might be located. We were highly successful on our adventure. We found the car we needed and were able to get a bumper, the large metal piece that goes behind it, and a right headlight for a little over $100! My son was able to put it on himself and save himself a minimum of $1,200! I highly recommend if you are handy at all or need a small (or large) part for your car, you check this place out. They also buy your junk or barely running vehicle. (Price varies depending on make, model and desireability) You can bring your car here and get paid cash on the spot or you can arrange to have them come and pick the vehicle up at your location. (Either way you get the same amount of money for your vehicle.) Knowing my son and his love for cars, I am sure I will be back here again.

gotta watch them ringing you up. they tried to charge me core charges on running boards, really!? I buy them cause I need them, can't bring back something I don't have. I debated w/them wipe it off.I don't always find what I need, but if you check back after a week or two, you'll might find what you need. Inventory is constantly rotating in and out. If you see what you need get it cause it will be gone next time you go.overall descent place. they give 10% military discounts.

My car battery was down, so I drove all the way from the North location to the south location and purchased a battery for $60.00 approximately. Long story short the battery was a bum battery and my mechanic had to replace it with a Walmart brand. I attempted to return the bum battery with a receipt and the disgruntled cashier seemed offended that I would dare request a refund not only that they issued me a $53 store credit which is of no use to me at this time because I will not be conducting any future business with these shady operators!!!

Used to be a great place to get parts. Their prices seem to keep going up, their staff is more ornery and now you have to enter a phone number to enter. By enter your phone number you also agree to get calls, texts and other advertisements. There is no way to opt out of the advertisements, calls and texts. Staff told me: "You don't want to do it, you don't have to come here."Can't get anyone to answer the phone at management level so I will post here on Yelp.

Id give them 0 stars. the bearded guy at the counter on 60th is probably the worst employee ive ever seen there. dude didnt even know what an engine hoist was. and he was looking through my parts I bought and setting it barely on the cart and went to push the cart and it fell off and cracked my console I just bought. on top of charging 5$ a switch in each filler piece of the consol and dash when i just wanted the filler piece. I came back in to return $30 of switches and a fuse box and there was no return even though I told him from the start I wanted just the filler pieces. and i was told not to come back. so thanks for 20 years of getting parts from yall u wrench it will have all my business, its right around the bend from the u pull it yard, I advise everybody to check them out, they'll treat you better

Can't say enough good things about this location! The staff are top notch and sooo helpful! As a girl lost of car/parts stores treat you like you don't know anything and these guys(and ladies) were so great!

Called to have a vehicle picked up. Waited over 5hrs and no one showed up and no one called. I called after 3 hours and received absolutely no help. Wasted my day.
