Tufly's Shoe Center

I wish I could say I had the wonderful experience the other reviewer had, but not even close. The guy has no customer service skills, is unfriendly, and there was no communication when it took 2 months to get the shoes. I have a $220 pair of shoes I can't wear. I feel he sold me shoes that are too narrow. He has stretched them to the point that now the shoe looks deformed. All in all it was not a good experience.

I purchased custom orthotics, as well as shoes. Alan took the time to fit my feet to see what I really needed. I knew I needed custom made orthotics. I have always wore orthotics and needed some that were truly totally molded to my feet. He also put me in stylish shoes that were the correct length and width for my feet. The correct size had to be ordered in, but that was ok for a pair of correct fitting shoes. I ordered these back in June and waited until I had worn them a while before I wrote a review so it was honest. My feet have never felt better!!! Prior to these shoes, I had been dealing with fractures in my right foot due to my shoes being too long for my feet. Shoes were too long to make up for needing to be wider. Alan was the first person to figure my problem out. No more pain, no more fractures and I can walk now. I definitely recommend Tufly's to anyone and will be returning. The customer service I received was top rated bar none!!!
