Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Didn't have work done, but passing through Lincoln on our way to Moab with a trailer full of Jeeps and we had some valve stem issues. We took care of the problem but were in need of air for high pressure trailer tires. We pulled into Tuffy and the mechanics on duty were very nice and let us fill up the tires right away! Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly!

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. The staff is polite and helpful. They don't replace anything without asking you first so there are no surprises when you get the bill. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing automotive services.

Excellent customer service. I came in here after another place insisted I get an estimate on new tires. Stacy explained exactly what I needed and why, and was incredibly friendly and reassuring. I'm generally wary around mechanics because I didn't get any vehicle education growing up, and I don't know what questions to ask. He even gave me a crash course on normal maintenance. And when I accidentally gave him the wrong contact information, he even went as far as trying to message me on Facebook to let me know my car was done. I just can't say enough about how outstanding the service was. I'll absolutely keep coming here in the future.

I hate it when I walk into a mechanic and they treat me like I'm stupid and proceed to tell me the millions of things wrong with my truck. You DON'T get that at Tuffy's! They are trustworthy and only recommend what is necessary and if it can wait they will tell you. Ladies (and men) go no where else if you want amazing service and to never to be overcharged!

Rick and Stacey are super helpful. Found them to be the most courtesy shop in the area. Price was competitive and they had options for my budget. They were more than willing to work with me. Can't say enough good about these guys!

Rick and his staff displayed nothing but friendliness and patient service for me. Never did I feel 'taken advantage of' or 'in the dark' about what was happening to my car. Being a single woman and not very educated on car technology, Casey and Brad were very professional and patient with me, explaining all services every step of the way! Thanks again, you guys!

Rick and his team went above and beyond to help us! Found a warranty and got all the paperwork aligned for us was upfront and honest that it would be better for a dealership to fix! Definitely has my returning service!

I have been going to Tuffys for a little over 2 years now after being recommended by a family member. I have always had a great experience with them. Stacy and his team are very knowledgeable and don't try to nickel and dime you. They're always quick to diagnose and resolve the problem and their prices are fair. I really appreciate the fact that they always stand behind their work, which isn't always the case with auto shops. Thank you Tuffys for always doing a great job!

Let me start with I'm not a fan of getting text messages on my truck , not very professional.-Pick up a phone and call.Lastly , I spend over a grand and told him I forgot my 10.00 off coupon and acted like he didn't hear me.I know 20 bucks but it's the difference between coming back or not I WILL NOT!

Leaving one star because it isn't possible to vote any lower. My car started stalling and I took it to Tuffy, where I was told I needed to pay them $1600 for a new battery and remanufactured alternator. When I told them I wasn't going to do that, they kept stalling and telling me they could "look around for more options", and would not give me back my car keys. The owner (not Rick, wish he hadn't retired!!!) kept changing his story about what was wrong with my car and when I finally got my keys and was on my way out, he admitted "it might not even be the alternator". It turned out all my car needed was a new battery. A $125 fix that they tried to charge me $1600 for! Do NOT take your car here!
