I am so pleased with these guys! I called and got an appointment for the next day. They confirmed my window via text then gave me a smaller window closer to my time which I really appreciated. Jeff arrived on time, checked out the areas and gave me my total, then got to work. About 45 minutes later he was done and my carpets looked great. I expected them to be soaked for hours after but these dried in an hour! The price was half what I pay for steamers and the job was better! Jeff answered all my questions and did an awesome and quick job! Highly recommended!

Very pleased with service and professionalism and price!Called for next day service. Service took roughly 30 minutes, and drying time about an hour. Had pet stained carpets cleaned before by another company, but was not pleased with the outcome. Truegreen successfully removed stains, and restored carpet freshness. Def recommend for anyone with soiled carpets.

I usually do not do reviews but I told the provider that I would if he did not comply to my request which was to have a receipt sent to me. I set up an appointment to have my carpet cleaned in between 3-5p. The provider came at about 4:15 and gave me a quote based on the job. I agreed and he cleaned the carpet. After the services were rendered, the provider promised to send me an electronic receipt to my email address in which I am still awaiting. I have sent multiple messages and have received no responses as of yet. I was sure to let him know how important it was to get the receipt so that I can turn it in to my landlord in order to receive my full deposit back. #notrecommended#verydisappointed

I am so happy with this company. They're inexpensive, very prompt and my carpets look great!! I highly recommend this company.

I contracted TruGreen Carpet Care to do two rooms in a rental home. When he was finished he left a mess from his machine in my garage for me to clean up, they would not take a credit card or debit card, he wanted cash or check. I asked for a receipt and he said they don't make receipts they send them electronically (E-Mail). I checked the rooms a few days later and the main room looked no better than before the process. The other room looked OK, he told me to call him and he would gladly return for a free re-cleaning. I called their number and left a message about not getting a receipt and doing the Master bedroom over again. They never called back and they never answer their phones. I think the reason they never answer their phones is the fact that they can call back prospective clients and leave the rest to rot. The machine they used was old and dirty and the van they drove up in was unmarked and beat up like an old jalopy, that should have been an indicator for me to use someone else. They advertise mainly on CG.......DO NOT USE THESE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!
