Trek Bicycle Omaha Midtown

I highly recommend this business. I've done quite a bit of business with them over the last couple years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and competency. Today I just stopped in and Corey changed a bike stroller tire at no extra cost. Great parking in the center of Omaha that's easy to get to. Highly recommend.

On three separate occasions I have been impressed at how friendly all the staff is and how willing they are to help fix my problems. (At this point it's only been bike problems but they have been so good I may need to start asking for help on other issues!) I am a newbie and am slowly learning my bike. This past week I tried adjusting my derailer, which hadn't been working right since taking it to a different (closer) bike shop about a month ago. Needless to say I broke it. I brought it to trek because of my previous good experiences and damn, not even 30 minutes later my bike was fixed and running like it had been when I bought it. Now I can't blame my rubbing chain for slowing me down. ;) Thank you for going above and beyond in the way you treat your customers and the service you provide. As a nearing middle-age female, who is new to bikes, I've not been treated with complete respect in other stores. Every time I have gone to Trek I leave happier and with a feeling that the biking community is awesome.

I really enjoy this Trek store and their crew. I have been riding trek bikes for over 13 years and can't see myself riding another brand. Prices are like any other brand bike store. I would recommend Lowell or Joe- great guys and very knowledgeable as well.

Have relied on these guys over the years and with a total of 4 bike purchases. Never an issue. Only professional service and support. Even stopped by with a problem shifting one morning, riding, and they quickly determined what was wrong, offered to fix it on the spot and 20 minutes later, I was on my way! Another time, I had stopped by a different shop when I was hearing a noise while riding. They tried selling me a new set of wheels for over $650. I went back to Trek where they troubleshooted the issue, ordered a new hub, and within a week I was riding again for $75. They're fair, knowledgeable, and experienced. Going to transition to tubeless this week. They already explained what I needed, that I could do it myself, but I will learn from them doing it, and asking questions. They have an experienced physical therapist doing bike fittings. You can't go wrong there. Right off the bike trail

Went in looking for a bike for our daughter for Christmas. The store is good size for a bike shop, and is very well stocked. We were greeted right away and the employee who helped us was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed us a few different options for our young daughter at different price points. There was no pressure or pushing us towards something more expensive, and he was very patient. In the end we purchased a bike that should last her for years to come. Sure it is more expensive than a bike from Target or WalMart, but the quality is much better, and it has been assembled by employees who know what they are doing.They also offer free service for the first year after purchasing a bike there. Getting a new bike for my daughter might just convince me to dust off my mountain bike and bring it in to get tuned up for spring. They work on all makes, not just Trek.

Free bike inspection saved me from pitching my very old, basic level and highly neglected mountain bike for an equally basic big box cheapie. I expected an upsell recommendation to their $69 basic tuneup to get my bike back up to riding condition and frankly it's not even worth that much. But the service guy was totally honest with me, confirmed it was in rideable shape and even helped me load and unload from my car. Thanks guys !

This store is great, my Bontrager pump in that blew the blowoff valve off the pump at around 100 psi, outside, it was nowhere to be found. I brought it in to buy a new blow off valve or to see if they could fix it. They replaced the pump under warranty.I have always found the employees helpful, I have brought some various products and had some repairs taken here.

STAY AWAYYYY!!! What a bunch of pompous, little pricks that work here! I stopped in fully willing to spend some money here because they are local, and I fully support local businesses. But when you get a "oh, you don't know anything", and "you are so unaware of the biking scene" look, f you, Mr Manager, I will take my business elsewhere. I asked a simple question to your pos (piece of sh!t) salesBOY and got an up and down look of "oh, YOU'RE not a biker", and then he proceeds to lead me out the door while he's answering my question...opens the door, and says "have a nice day", while he steps back into the store. Well, Mr. Manager, I won't step foot again in you fuc$ing store ever again! One interaction with one of your pos sales people told me everything I needed to know about your store...stuff trickles down from the top. I'll go to Lincoln or even further to spend my $3K before I'll spend it in your store...f you.
