Booked an appointment online for a shellac manicure with a simple French tip design. I walked in, got check in and follow the employee back to the nail station. She showed me the colors and I show her the design with colors I want. She looks at me and just says "we don't do designs here. It should've said that online." Well it doesn't, anywhere. If you wanted to pay $50+ for a single color shellac manicure I guess this is your place.

Another AMAZING experience! I got a massage & facial & it was the BEST! My masseuse was so great & definitely made me feel comfortable & relaxed. My Aesthetician was INCREDIBLE as well. She was very knowledgeable about my skin & recommended a few things to try! I will for sure be going back!!!!!! Thank you ladies!

I had a lovely experience today with a manicure provided by Katherine. I was in Lincoln from out-of-town. I was able to schedule on the same day. Katherine took time and care and did a beautiful job. She was a delight to chat with while she worked. I will book with Tranquility and Katherine again when I am in need of services in Lincoln.

Had an amazing experience for both trial and day of my wedding!!! Their makeup station is small but they had the schedule set so as one girl got her hair done another got makeup. The staff did such a beautiful job especially accommodating the photographers. Make up turned out beautiful, all of the girls looked amazing. Staff was great and super friendly!!! Would definitely recommend for special events!!!

I'd never colored my hair before but always wanted to go lighter- great consultation and she answered all of my questions! she gave me the perfect fit color wise, and also gave me mermaid hair The outcome was 80000 times better than my greatest expectation, and the experience at the salon was just as great! Highly recommend hitting up Tranquility and scheduling an appointment with the talented Maisie :)

Yes I'm writing a review from the parking lot. Just finished a 50 minute deep tissue massage with Fernando. Ahhh-mazing! I knew within 5 minutes this was going to be a top notch massage. He's not kidding about deep tissue; he GETS AFTER IT! Adjusted when he could tell it was a wee bit much but did a great job. Offered names of physical therapist and chiro as I think I'm out of alignment a bit. Scheduled a follow up for two weeks later. Looking at this like any other health maintenance regime. Only have one body, gotta take care of it! There are lockers and robes available but I just changed in the room. Table was uber comfortable. All around great experience!!

Tranquility is great! I have been going here for three years and have gotten excellent customer service. I almost exclusively see Emily, but have been to a few other stylists as well. All of them have been professional, friendly and most importantly made my hair look 10x better than when I came in. I have used them for cut, color and extensions and always had a great experience. For the quality for work and experience of their beautiful salon, they are priced reasonably.

I love Tranquility Salon!! I have only gotten massages here but they are always so amazing and relaxing!! I love the interior of the salon and it makes it so easy to relax.

Went here for the first time for a color/cut with a new stylist I had never met. I'll admit, I was slightly nervous to go to someone I didn't know, but wow was I blown away! I'm obsessed with my cut and color and the way my hair was styled.

I made an appointment for a massage. It got cancelled a day before because the person quit. I then scheduled a haircut during my lunch break. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment the stylist still hadn't came and got me because he was still with his last guest. I walked out. I then scheduled a color service and showed a picture of what I wanted and got nothing near of what the picture is. The service at this place is not what the salon puts off by how it looks.
