The guys are nice and friendly but I had a bad experience. A friend recommended them and at first I was hopeful it would be a good experience. I took my car in on a Monday and it was was supposed to done ten days later. Ten days came and I called to see how it was going -I didn't get a call back. I stopped at the shop the next day. They needed clips to hold the bumper on, the clips would be in that day and it'd be ready by 5. They'd call when I could pick it up. Of course, no call no clips.i went back two days later, the owner had forgotten about the clips. He said he'd call and get them there same day by 5. Seeing a pattern? This happened three more times before I finally got the car back after 21 days in the shop. The painful part was I was driving a rental car and for 11 days that it was late cost me $1100 extra dollars. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back.
