Dave at the North location replaced our right front fender a day ahead of schedule, which was a great help to us. But more importantly, the repair job is flawless; the paint matches exactly, and the detail job! That car has never been so clean outside. Above and beyond the call, he also cleaned our floor mats, and wiped down the dash. Thank you, Tracy's and Dave!

I have had a few repairs done here, one a repaint on body and doors for scratches and the other paint less hail repair. Both done through insurance. Experience was pretty good. They worked easily with insurance. Time getting my vehicle back was awhile.They did leave glue on my ceiling interior around my sunroof after the paint less hail repair. And smudges of oil/grease on the carpet. But other than that work was done well and staff was friendly and prompt at working with insurance!

The staff was very unfriendly. I Walked in and they told me to try somewhere else. They said they were too busy and that someone else could handle my older car. If you don't call ahead prepare to be scolded and told to drive elsewhere. I rarely write a review. Only if the place has great staff or not so great staff. Go somewhere that really cares.

I recently dealt with Logan at Tracys. He spoke to me in a cynical and condescending tone once I told him I was unsure of doing my repairs there. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars in order to get a quote from somebody else. This is a scam company which will try to catch you up in any possible fees and is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter had a little "fender bender". Went to other places and they said the whole back fender would need to be replaced, expensive. We told her to go to you guys and they fixed it in 10 minutes and buffed it out. Wow! Easy fix. So appreciate not trying to screw a kid that is on a budget...someone deserves a donut delivery! So awesome that they could have charged something and been shady and put it thru insurance. Thanks so much for doing a "solid" for my kid!

I have taken my car to Tracy's to be repaired twice. The work was satisfactory both times. Both times, however, there were addtional problems. The first time I realized after I arrived at work that I could not lock my car. The second time the problem was resolved before I left the lot. My biggest problem with Tracy's is the harrassment I received to get me to write a review. I wrote one the first time and then a 2nd one came from someplace else. On my second visit, which occurred only a few weeks later, I decided that I did not want to leave a review--I was contacted several times in a way that can only be described as harrassment.This week I visited for a 3rd problem. As I drove in I suddenly remembered the review situation, and I planned to mention it. The guy at the desk was helping someone and then received a phone call. An estimater came in and didn't even acknowledge me. I was told by the guy at the desk that there were no appointments. I thought that this was strange, since I had just seen an estimator and I could hear another one shooting the breeze on the phone. I sudden reached strike 3 and walked out. I won't be back. South Location.

I have had experience with multiple vehicles here and all of them were good. Yes, you will need to call and make an appointment if you want to get in. They will be busy, as you should expect with anywhere that does good work. This will continue to be my body shop of choice.

Tracy's has done an excellent job in all areas dealing with the repair of my vehicle. I am a repeat customer and have never had a negative experience dealing with Tracy's Body Shop. Great experience. Very friendly staff.

I had a vehicle worked on here for light damage. I was told that my car would be ready on a Monday but never recieved a call. I finally called on Thursday and they said that my car was ready and I could get it between 2 & 3 because they were closing at 3 for New Years Eve. I got there to pick up my vehicle, but the person who I had been dealing with, Tyler, was nowhere to be found. I got my vehicle from someone else and left with it. Upon leaving I noticed there was a loud wind sound coming from the drivers side that had been worked on. I went straight back and still had to talk to someone else about it because Tyler was still avoiding me. They took a look at it and got the trim fixed. While I was waiting I found out that the business was open until 6 and that Tyler had lied to me about that. I expect my car to be repaired correctly and deal with people that actually care. I asked if I could talk to the manager about Tyler, but was informed that it would do no good since his aunt is the manager. Next time I will take my car around the corner to Speidell Auto to get any body work done. I will NEVER recommend Tracy's to anybody and will actually tell them to steer clear due to the unprofessional behavior of Tyler and the shops inability to fix a vehicle in a timely manner and correctly.
