Very nice and helpful staff, will help you load, come out in cold weather to fill your propane tank, get that 40 lb bag of the special brand of dog food you spoil your dog with down off the shelf, and a polite and congenial checkout person.Jessie is the manager still I think as of 11-23-24, and been there awhile so knows all answers, and is a nice young man.On most trips, there is at least one employee out ON THE FLOOR for you to track down and ask for assistance with something. They're happy to help and act like it, which is a real departure from many shopping experiences today in most stores.They have items you'd expect at a TSC and maybe more, but it's NOT Menards, Home Depot, etc with 240,000 square feet of store. This also means you can get in, get your stuff, and be on your way in no time.When in doubt they carry an item, SIMPLE, I just go to their nicely functional web site. Use proper search terms, and if that doesn't find it, just take a second and browse through the product types you would think your item might be in, and some times they got it, and your search term just didn't grab it. No biggie.You can always call them too and ask a human. They got em! :)

The service was awesome and I love going to tractor supply.I had immediate help as soon as I walked into the store .

Worst experience of my life. Everyone there especially the manager Kelley and the yard jockey Matt were extremely rude. I waited almost a half an hour for them to unlock a wheelbarrow that I paid for. I took everything back inside and returned over $700 in merchandise. I will never spend another penny with TS. Kelley should be replaced and Matt needs his a beat.

I'm so glad I found the 4Health dog and cat food. If you check out the ingredients it's awesome.We enjoy browsing the store. They always have great gift ideas and different products that you cannot find anywhere else.The staff is also pleasant and helpful.

Driving through town, noticed this store and knew we were in the heart of farm land, so it might be an interesting place to browse around. We finally stopped and went in. Yes, it had the expected finds, but then there were a mixture of hardware, tools and a lot of outdoor things, like lawn decorations and tractors. It was fun checking out those little squirrel statues!Picked up a cat toy of course and debated over a floor mat for the garage, but decided it was to big to take home on this trip. Great supplies, good brands, fun to see what's available besides farm stuff.

Surprisingly, we have found a need to make a couple of trips over to Tractor Supply. The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly, the prices are more than reasonable and the selection is impressive for the size of the store. Even if you don't have a farm (we don't), do yourself a favor and stop by if in the area. There are some neat decorating ideas and creative gardening solutions to be found.

Went there to fill my propane tank. Waited half hour and two trips inside but no one ever showed. There was hardly any customers in the store so it didn't appear everyone was too busy.

These people have no idea what they are doing. We "tried" to purchase a 4 thousand dollar zero turn and they completely botched it. The zero turn was damaged (they stacked a kayak on it) and the manager suggested I could fix it. When I said THEY should fix it, we waited 2 weeks without it being repaired. To which they replied, it would be another 2 weeks...maybe. All the while they had another one in Lincoln that they wouldn't let us have in exchange. I will NEVER spend a dime in this place. Customer service and staff is the bottom of the barrel.
