Trackside Bar

I see a lot of reviews about staff ignoring customers. Wish management would actually do something about it.

Food was good 25 years ago food is not very good. Hell let's be honest they are the very last resort for food. Would not recommend any one eating there. Food sucks. Good service butt bad food.

We stop Saturday afternoon to check out the new menu items and have the say they are really good! I got the trackside burger with American cheese, pickles, tomato and fries and Kim got the Cajun burger with chipotle mayo and jalapeño peppers plus the fries. Both burgers came with two patties of smash burger. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean.

Amazzingggg food, my servers Cheris & Mya were so beautiful & sweet Would recommend for people that are looking for a lowkey, fun environment to relax in & make new friends

Horrible service and horrible food. The waitresses working didn't care to serve us had to get our own menus and ask the bartender to take our order. Twenty minutes after we ordered and 45 minutes of being there the waitress finally decided to take our order. Everyone's food came but mine and had to ask where my food was 20min after everyone else's food arrived. When she brought my pizza out you could tell it had been sitting there for awhile ice cold and soggy. We will never eat at trackside again! Every staff member was sitting there doing absolutely nothing. They must have been offended by me taking action when are getting no service. Do better Trackside!!

Stopped in for breakfast, was not busy at all. 3 servers and it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged, another 15 minutes for menus... didn't bother asking us for drink order or even bring water. Said she would be right back. It was another 20 minutes to come back and take our drink and food order. It was another ten minutes before SOME of the drinks arrived. Food came out right away within minutes of our drinks. Food was excellent- 4 stars. 0 for service. Didn't even bring butter, syrup, jelly after asking multiple times and had to and go to an empty table and take it ourselves. Jelly little was empty, said she'd bring another. Never did. Had to go and ask for our tickets so we could leave. That took another 20 minutes. Do not go here unless you have hours to wait. Wait staff did NOT care and were completely incompetent.

Last night I went into trackside and the mean lady I put the picture of up was friendly and kindly asked me to take her picture down and I said I would. I am going to but need to teach myself on how to do it . I give them a thumbs up last night. Good job trackside

The Keno writer is completely rude. She needs to find another line of work. Waverly Keno cannot compete with Big Red Keno and they should be happy to make it a much more pleasant experience and attract more players than this employee does. Big Red Keno doesn't require players to write out a ticket and their keno writers aren't rude when you try to verbally tell them your numbers, as this rude woman does. Skip this place then drink, eat, and play at any of the many more pleasant places that feature Big Red Keno.

Could not get anyone to wait on me and the people working keno were very very rude and I felt like they were harassing me. I would not recommend trackside bar in Waverly to anyone. Go to Lincoln or omaha.

We tried this out today, after seeing it recommended in other place. My French dip sandwich and onion chips were great (I'd give them 5 stars)! The salad bar was good, but the lettuce was starting to look a bit aged. My husband had the Sunday fried chicken special. It was burnt. The green beans were tough. We complained about the burnt chicken, and the kitchen responded there was nothing wrong with it, that was just how it was supposed to be. The meat was tender and flavorful, but the coating left a bad aftertaste, making it a 0 stars item. The service was good, even if it was a bit slow (understaffed). The waitress seemed apologetic, but nothing was done. We likely won't be back.
