This is a good hotel that is run by nice people. It is not incredibly elegant but it is clean and the rooms are not cramped. It is in a quiet neighborhood.

It was ok...I mean, it was outdated in the room and the wallpaper was coming off but we only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable but the rules, wow...lighten up will ya?! We probably won't stay here again.

The room was dated wallpaper was coming off the wall. The beds were low to the floor but relatively comfortable. The set up was a bit odd with a large fridge (which was nice) set up directly next to the TV. Clearly there were people staying there long term with a door mat and pumpkins outside. We just stayed one night while on our way to our final destination. For the price it was good. The room seemed pretty clean. The shower curtain was awful- looked like something you would find in your elderly grandmother's nursing home. Close to plenty amenities though which was good.

Needed someplace to stay for one night after lasik surgery, and this motel fit the bill. The decor is straight out of the eighties, and putting wallpaper in the bathroom was a bad idea, but other than that, it was great - comfy bed, clean & spacious (even had a kitchenette). The manager was very helpful, letting us check in early & supplying us with the wifi password at check-in. You can't ask for more at this price!

Horrible facility lobby is in lock down which describes location. Greeted by by someone who couldn't understand English had to wait for someone to help. The walk up the stay is disgusting filthy. Creepy people hanging around outside of the rooms. Open door to room and hit with awful smell may have been cleaning agent but so overwhelming when walking in it just got worse. Left immediately dropped off key to office no compensation offered they billed or credited card for the full amount. Ended up with an allergic reaction to the smell for the first three days in vacation. Requested compensation from the third party agent. Property lied with two different stories and was denied any compensation. Would recommend avoiding this property at all costs I would sleep in my car before even thinking about staying here. Any good reviews must be staged as I cannot find one good thing to say about it. Worst experience with a hotel

"BED BUGS...BED BUGS..."Me and my finance stayed here with our little child a few days ago. The room we stayed was across the office and had two beds. In the middle of the night my child began to cry and I too felt a bit uncomfortable. After about half hour, the situation remained same and thus I woke up and switched the light on. To my shock there were about 10 to 15 little red bug were all over my bed. They were literally feasting on the baby and me. I woke my fiance and showed it to him. He quickly took a few pictures for evidence and told me that they were bed bugs. We went to the front desk and it was closed. The whole night was a mess and I am still feeling sick and frustrated about the situation. The baby's skin has multiple bite from that night and I am looking to report the incident to the local health department hoping they would clean this place up. Please don't put your self in this dump. Research and stay at a clean hotel.Stayed January 2015

We stayed at the Townhouse Inn for one night, though it appeared that there were people there for the long term (we saw someone set up a grill in the parking lot who BBQ'ed dinner and breakfast). The room had great amenities not normally seen in a sub-$100/night room: a kitchenette w/ a large fridge, (not just the dorm-sized), plus 2-burner stove top, microwave and a table with two chairs. We were able to park directly outside our door which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Decor was dated and wallpaper was peeling. The room was tidy but I would not say it was clean. My kids' feet were solid black from walking around barefoot, and we didn't spend that much time in the room, only a short time before bed and getting ready to hit the road in the morning. The beds were nothing special and the shower head had almost no water pressure. They offered free Wi-Fi but we had to call to get the password, it wasn't in the room or provided at Check in, and it logged us out before morning. The place was cheap, and in a good part of town not too far off the highway so it was an OK place to stay for the night passing through Omaha, but not a place I would be eager to visit again.

We rented 2 rooms for 1 night 5 people, July 17th. Room was clean, shower so so. A bit pricey but close to where my son lives so my husband and I have stayed there 3 times, this was the last. Our biggest issue was with the desk person. 5 people make it tight if you gather in a room, plus 3 of the people smoke so we moved chairs out to parking lot, not next to rooms but behind where you would park. We were low keyed chit chatting amongst ourselves and sometimes with guests who stopped by. No loud music, we had the large ashtray from next to office which had a trash can under it. So other then the bag with our beverages and ice in it the area was clean. Cigarette butts went in ashtray rather then on ground (which by the way was covered with them). I'm telling you this because the desk person stood on the second floor by the railing yelling at us about making a mess, smoking by the rooms, and using chairs from rooms outside. He told our husbands they had to leave because they did not check in, mind you when I made reservations I indicated that there were going to be 3 in one room and 2 in the other. He told us we could leave, pack up or stuff and get out. He then went back to office. All of this without our saying anything but "what". We were in shock. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. When I went to talk to him in the office, he said he received 2 calls complaining about parking? We used 3 spaces in front of our rooms, there were 6 vacant when I went to bed and were still vacant the next morning. We ended up staying but will not be back. Beware if your a group and decide to stay here.
