I spoke with Jeff today & I really wasn't certain what I wanted to do. I had a close friend that lost a pet & wanted to do business with a local place. He was super patient with me & helped me decide on something that would be pretty, a bit sustainable (hopefully...somehow I can kill cacti so thankfully it wasn't for me) & within my price range. He even was able to have it delivered the same day without a huge up-charge. Local businesses are SO much better & I would definitely call them again for anything in the metro area. I truly appreciate the service.

I ordered the designers choice and Christmas flowers to be delivered to an acquaintance on the 23rd. When they texted me a picture of it on the 22nd I was extremely disappointed. Online the "Christmas flowers" were said to be a bouquet. This is a centerpiece. Next, I scheduled them to come in on the 23rd. They delivered it the 22nd which is not the date I wanted. When I called the owner he said "it's because of the max volume of flowers" which I can understand but what I don't understand is why they gave me the option of the date online if they were going to be delivered ON THE WRONG DATE. I'm just glad someone was home on the 22nd. Also, the "bouquet" pretty much is a centerpiece with a lot of green, barely any flowers, and only carnations. They did offer to replace it, but I don't know this person well enough to do that. Just very disappointed.

I orderd a christmas center piece for my mom from out of state. Im always worried about the quality of what you might get when ordering from across the country but it was incredible when it arrived! My mom was so happy she almost cried.Thanks for the fast, friendly and super nice centerpiece. Ill be back next time i need flowers.
