Total Wine & More

It's always a blast at Total Wine. And I'm so glad Omaha now has one! They virtually have every liquor you could want...plus ones you didn't know you needed. And of course, their beer and wine selections are fantastic. While I don't smoke cigars, their humidor has a veritable selection for those who partake. And for non-drinkers, you can find a good variety of mocktail ingredients. With all the choices, the only issue here is making a final selection...a high-quality problem to have.What I may be most excited to try is one of the cocktail classes they offer. Stopped by Total Wine & More this evening, and while the layout is impressive, the overall experience left something to be desired. The store is massive, with a selection that truly feels like a Costco for liquor. Whether you're looking for wines, spirits, or more niche items, they seem to have it all.However, the service was disappointing. When I asked for the location of the amaretto section, the staff member simply pointed to the corner of the store rather than walking me over or providing more detailed assistance. In a store of this size, that small gesture can make a big difference, as navigating the aisles to find a specific product was quite a challenge.One major issue is the lack of cell phone coverage inside the store, and there's no available Wi-Fi to compensate. In today's age, being unable to research products or check reviews while shopping is a frustrating limitation.Overall, the selection is unparalleled, and the store itself is beautifully laid out. But to elevate the experience, I'd recommend they focus on improving customer service by being more proactive and offering Wi-Fi for their guests. A little more attentiveness from the staff would go a long way in making this store a standout destination.

So the wife went two weeks ago and told me about this place and I had to see it for myself. If you know me you know I love bourbon. Basil Hayden's, 2xO, Blanton's, FourRoses what do you got. This place had everything and more and the prices are just fantastic. I love the set up of the store it is really easy to navigate. There's a humidor with an awesome selection of cigars. So, much beer OMG. This place is just amazing. All the employees were so pleasant and helpful. I cannot scream it loud enough GO TO THERE!!!

Staff is well trained. Prices are the best in town. Selection is amazing! I like that they offer tastings on products you are looking to purchase.

Great assortment and price. Service is phenomenal. Great to have this in Omaha!!! Plus a great App with deals!!!
