My family and I have been living here since March 12 and so far everything was great. The amenities, the parking, and the lady named Ebonee who helped us with the move in process was very helpful as well. But on March 24th our heat stopped working and ended up dropping to 62 degrees when I set it at 80, no big deal we called for a maintenance and they came right away and fixed the problem.Fast forward to today March 30th, it completely stopped working again after they "fixed" it. Our heat just kept dropping from 78 to 72, even though I set it at 80. As soon as I went to request a maintenance it started working again, so of course I didn't go forward with the request.Fast forward to 4 hours later it completely stops again, so I submitted the request. Then my fiancé receives a call from a very rude lady from the leasing office saying how it's impossible for our heat to reach 82 due to us having vaulted ceiling's. That makes absolutely no sense, we lived in a third level apartment with vaulted ceiling's in the past and the heat worked perfectly fine. She didn't even send out a maintenance nor acknowledge the fact that our heat is dropping. Mind you it's 37 degrees outside and snowing. Not sure what her name is, but she's a white older lady. Also forgot to mention how they let dogs run free with no leash. Also our oven was dirty when we moved in, along with a dead bug on the wall. The building reeks of cigarettes too. They have a couple of pot holes that needs fixing as well. Always read reviews before moving in or you'll be stuck leasing a horrible apartment for 12 months.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex in 17 years. Fr my experience this is run of the mill. I do like the two pools. One's outdoors, one's inside. The staff seem a bit inattentive.

I have copy and pasted my google review of this company. This reviews started 6 months ago. New Update: This is the most poorly run company I have came across. Since my original review, things have only gotten worse, which is why I am moving out. My lease has ended, and for the past 1.5 months I have been reaching out to them about scheduling a move out inspection. They have not responded to my many emails of numerous voicemails. I was not able to contact anyone so I couldn't physically hand over my keys, I just had to leave them in the unattended office ( I would have preferred not to do this). I told them I want to be present for the move out inspection because I have heard over and over how they try to screw you over and charge you extra , but I doubt they will even respect that. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Elevate living does not care about their residents. They tell you to call their helpline that I've called numerous times, and they have never gotten back to me.UPDATE: I got my new refrigerator, but it took 14 days. They got it from a vacant apartment and gave it to me. I'm not sure why this wasn't their first option. They are giving me a small credit for next month's rent, which helps, but does make up for the stress and countless hours I spent trying to fix this. DO NOT move into an apartment owned by Elevate Living.EDIT: As an FYI, the Torrey Pines account is replying to other reviews telling them to call their "help" line, which may seem helpful except that I've called that number 10+ times leaving 10+ messages without any reply. Clearly my issue isn't that important to them.I've lived here for 2.5 years, and for the most part, I've had no issues. The apartment themselves are spacious and nice, but if you need something fixed, good luck. The only time someone is in the office is by appointment only, and it's only for leasing. Work orders are all handled online so you will not be able to speak to anyone about the issue. Communication is horrendous. I have been without a refrigerator for over a week. Since they told me it was broken and I'd need a new one (over a week ago) I have had NO communication about when it will be replaced. I have called every possible number I can and left voicemails and not a single person has reached back out. Their lack of respect for their residents is outrageous and I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. Save yourself the migraines of dealing with them and find a property that is not owned by Elevate Living.

DO NOT RENT FROM ELEVATE LIVING!The management company "Elevate Living" are the most unprofessional and shady people I've ever rented from. My lease expires on October 31st. I had gone to the office multiple times in August and September but no property manager was onsite. The office is only open on Fridays and still no one is there. I've tried calling their head quarters directly but they don't respond to calls. I tried emailing them and they've gotten back to me in October, days after I signed a new lease to tell me my lease offers were available and I needed to submit a written notice to vacate. These peoplePurposely ignored me to steal money from me and avoid renewing my lease to charge me more when I'm trying to leave. It's 2024, no one has time for these games or to pay thousands of dollars to live somewhere.

If you enjoy losing money and not having things fixed and not having a leasing office to go to for any problems this is the place for you they will find anything and everything wrong when you move out they will take your security deposit and charge you extra . They will take weeks on end to fix anything that you have it doesn't matter what it is . The leasing office is open for a couple hours on Friday and that's it You can call and leave a message do not expect a return phone call You can email them And not Expect a reply back until they're getting ready which usually takes a couple weeks the place is run down the parking lot is falling apart trash is all over the parking lot

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBL. Management does not care at all. I lived there for a year and half and they completely charged me for issues that were on them. When I moved in my entire apartment felt "lived in" dusty and grimy. The ceiling drywall was repaired by a someone who has no idea what they are doing so it looks like the ceiling can cave in any moment. I was charged for damages that were there before i even moved in. Do not live here at all i swear you will hate it. My sweet neighbors have ants and nobody is doing anything about it. I can go on and on.

The state of apartment upon moving in was absolutely disgusting. Mold, rotten food, garbage, smelled of cigarettes, water damage to flooring, windows broken, curtains broken and best of all a broken AC. It is gross and unsanitary here. Unlivable according to Nebraska tenant laws as apartment regularly stays above 80 degrees and management unwilling to help. The apartment staff ranges from laughing at your face about your problems to general incompetence. This place has been an absolute nightmare. Do not move here.Had to have city inspectors come into apartment to note all violations of torrey pines. It was only after legal and monetary damages were threatened by the city did they lift a finger to start to correct apartment. If you live here always put in a 14/30 notice (if damage is not fixed in fourteen days, the lease is invalidated) and contact city inspectors. They will lie to you and tell it is fixed, so always seek outside sources of help.

I wish we never moved here. Our lease is up in May and I don't think we will be able to afford to move out. -grounds awful! Dog waste is everywhere-stove burners rock and tipped hot water off onto the floor-oven burns everything, but maintenance doesn't care- building stinks like pot-buildings are not painted and balconies look like an abandoned building- pool not open on weekends. Only open until 4 on weekdays. I have NEVER heard of such a thing-spiders in bathroom-dogs run free with no leash, which I believe is dangerous for my dogI could go on and on.Don't move here. I will add pictures of the dog feces every other step in the grass.Would love to hear from owners, but I don't feel they care
