Topper Popper

Delicious ice cream. Fresh pop corn, not just plain, but caramel, cheese, cinnamon and rainbow. Popcorn balls. Mix-ins. And my favorite....PEPSI SNO-BALLS!!! YUMMY!!! Its a very small place and yes it could use some sprucing up, but its a local business and we need more of those.

This is a small soft serve ice cream store. They have vanilla, chocolate and twist. Sizes range from small to XL. They also sell malts and have a large variety of flavors. They have their version of blizzards as well. They sell assorted good humor treats as well. The people were friendly and surprised to be on yelp, which is how I found them. They corrected that they close at 10 in the summer and 9 in the winter. They had a few tables outside for eating. They also sell popcorn. There were bags of popcorn ready to go everywhere and it smelled amazing. The prices where very reasonable. The inside is very small. Basically 4 or 5 adults could fit inside depending on waist size. I imagine this place has a long line on hot summer nights. It's worth checking out as an alternative to DQ or McD's. If you are looking for real ice cream try somewhere else.

Best ice cream & popcorn shop. Not only has it has continued to keep open in its small mom & pop shop for probably over 30 years. Their product still holds the best childhood memories & flavors.So it may look dinky & dingy, I can over look this for the soft serve & gift tins of popcorn. This Bethany staple might be the last of its kind. Chain stores are popping right in, next door actually (bye Four Star Drug:( . I can only hope that this community will continue in supporting its small businesses. Good luck to them!

Very cute ice cream and popcorn shop. Portions are very generous, and prices low. The owner is lovely and aims to please. I hope they do well.

I have been going there since I was 2 and now im 26 and I still go there, the Pepsi Snowballs are the best, great way to cool down after a long hot day. If you've never been there you have to stop!! Kellie P

How much more down-home can you get? Good cheap ice cream fare. Friendly staff and good popcorn

Topper Popper is a favorite in our household. Staff is always friendly and the ice cream is delicious. The only bummer is during the summer when they are really busy, you'll be waiting a while. They usually only have 2 workers working at a time so it can be slow. They are well worth the wait though! Also they have recently started taking debit cards which helps a lot as I don't always have cash. I believe you have to spend over $5 but that's not hard to do. Can't wait to get my next dose of topper popper next weekend. Keep up the good work.

A wonderful local small business- having grown up in Northeast Lincoln, I have a lot of memories of this place. The staff are always friendly and the ice cream (particularly the soft serve) is always delicious.

Topper popper is a dinky little place that's perfect for a lactose-fortified summer cool down. Tell your aunt Marcia to leave her white gloves at home!

Went on Sat. the 8th of July around 6:30. Service was cold and the popcorn was cold and tasted like it was from the night before. I ended up just throwing the bag away.
