Tommy's Tires & Custom Wheels West

Twice now I've been sent (by my dad Larry) to Tommy's Tires for any and all tire troubles. Super fast service. Very fairly priced. Excellent customer relationships.

Never had a problem here before but recently I took a brand new set of wheels and tires to them to have a diff set of tire switched onto the wheels and when I got them back the edges of all my wheels were scratched some of the barrels have dents and one wheel had a 2in long gouge about an 1/8in deep on my wheel lip. Went to them asking for them to fix what they damage and they refused to take responsibility. If you have wheels you care about I'd definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Tommy's tires is the only place I've ever seen that sells tires and STILL told me to wait until the tread was a little further worn down and until it started to get snowy outside. There are great guys working there, they are honest and really do "treat you right." I will never go anywhere else for tires... ever.

They do great work quick and affordable. I always get my tires here no matter what I decide on tire. They can usually get the tire you find online. They will also do tire rotations for the life of the tire.

Pricing is unfair and customer service is horrible. I gave this place a chance even after hearing some not great things and wish I would've trusted my gut and went else where. Quality of work was decent but definitely not a place I would ever give a dollar to again. Not recommended. Do your research.

Would not recommend to anybody My tire popped on the interstate in the middle of the night , I had it towed to Tommy's tires so they could fix my tire. I paid cash and was never provided a receipt. 6 days later the same wheel completely fell off of my car while I was doing 60+ on the interstate. I called Tommy's tires at 9 am the next day to ask if they would tow my car to their shop to fix it or explain what happened. They told me all day the owner Tom would call me, never received a call, my car sat on the side of the interstate while I was waiting for a phone call from Tom to rectify this situation. Some junkies ended up stealing my catalytic converter and in turn also cut my drive shaft. Totaled the car. I have a video of a technician from Tommy's tire driving my car on the bare rim because it was "too cold" to replace the tire where the tow truck parked it. Would not recommend this place to anybody. I am still yet to receive any contact from the owner and am pursuing legal actions at this point. This place is a joke of a business. Tom ur managers have my information give me a phone call

DO NOT take your car here. they screwed me over big time, my tire popped and they repaired it, 6 days later my whole rim falls off and essentially totals my car. at dinner w some friends and bring tommys tires up and both of them had stories from their fathers of how Tommy is a cheap dirtbag and had screwed them over. one of the fathers was a pastor and was so frustrate/screwed over that he physically assaulted Tommy. very good man reduced to behavior like that from poor/criminal practices. Do not go here

I was there two days in a row the first day the main guy was very rude, so I drove off the second day I went up there to get some hubcaps put on that they put on last time one fell off but last time they only charged me and my wife $10 this time the same guy said he was charging 40 and he didn't remember me from last time. He said very rudely he never done hubcaps $10before but I told him he was the same guy who did it last time I came with my wife we had a Rottweiler in the back and he was just very rude this time again, so I drove off again terrible place I've been going through them for years never again maybe it's because I'm black or a lesbian.

Tommy's is my go to for all my tire needs. They will get you in day of if they have your products in stock and the workers are super personable and responsive. Skip Walmart or Discount Tire and bring your business here!

My name is Don. I've been a loyal customer doing business at Tommy's tires for 8 years. I took my van in to have my winter tires put on. The technician failed to properly torque the right front lug nuts...... This caused the rim holes to bore out, damaging the rim. Took the van back the next day and explained that at about 30 mph it was making noise. The tech drove the van in the parking lot; said he couldn't tell anything was wrong and that he wasn't a mechanic. He offered to torque the rim however, the damage was already done. I told Tommy I was taking the van to a mechanic. This is how I found out it was the lug nuts. $110.00 later. I take the receipt for the 110 to Tommy's along with my car ( to change it to winter tires) thinking Tommy would change the tires at no-cost (normal price $40), not only did he ask for the $40 but tried to turn the table on me as if it was my fault that his tech didn't torque it was my fault that his tech didn't torque the lug nuts, (saying; "well your supposed to check the lug nuts between 50-100 miles), I hadn't went 20miles!!! Then to add insult to injury his tech breaks off this stud (top hole w/out lug nut) and doesn't even notify that it's broken. I drive off and when I get home I see it. This is unacceptable business. Bad business and straight up wrong!!
