Todd's Towing

Can't speak on the services, but their drivers are nuts. Cutting people off in traffic on snowy icy roads. We watched them swerve through cars driving through a snow storm in an unsafe manner. Could've caused an accident and hurt people so many times.

I needed a tow last night, and didn't know who to call. I called Todd, and he was courteous, prompt, and friendly, plus his prices were fair, and he did did a great job with the tow, and even gave me a lift to the shop. He hooked up quickly, and he parked it in a tight spot quickly and efficiently at the destination. Next time I need a tow, I'll definitely call Todd again.

Excellent experience with Todd's, would recommend using him for any towing need. His main rig was in the shop, but he showed up with this rad older unit and got the job done with no complaints. I had some specific requests for loading and unloading the car and Todd handled them. Personable guy and enjoyed a nice chat as well, great local company

I talked to Todd and found out he couldn't provide service but I was making sure he was cancel me and not someone else. He was very rude to me and hung up the phone on me when all I was doing was trying to confirm that he was cancel my appointment. I never leave reviews but he was too rude for me and I been in the customer service industry for 10 years.

Todd always provides us with great customer service on all the calls we send him on. Everytime our clients have car needing tow Todd is always there for us.

my 2003 G35 was taken to mechanic shop July 31-2023 they messed bumper up leaving my driveway and dropped off mechanic shop didn't say anything. park light popped out bumper hanging down

My insurance company's roadside assistance hired him to tow my vehicle. They sent him to a mechanic that was no longer in business - I get that that sucks and shouldn't have happened, but it wasn't my fault. He called me SIX times yelling at me, and said it had nothing to do with the insurance company and I had better fix the situation myself. He told me he did his job taking it to the address they said, and if I wanted it taken somewhere else I'd have to pay a second tow fee out of pocket. This was after he showed up an hour late and towed the car a whopping 7 miles. I was scrambling to figure something out and acting as middleman between him and roadside assistance, when he should have contacted them directly. I own the car but I did not hire him and had no control over any of it. He was rude and unprofessional and made a bad day so much worse for me. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Was visiting at a local rehab center for the elderly and one of their driver's was double parked across 2 handicapped spots! Completely unprofessional and illegal. Someone needs to tow this towtruck away.

Call Todd's Towing today he was rude and hung up on me and when I got ahold of him again told me he couldn't make it cheap prices don't mean anything if you're going to be rude to your customers.
