Worst Technician ever encountered in my life, I had a drier that was not blowing and their idiot tech came over and said it was working, and the problem was my outside vents were blocked, , no class their place at garfield looks like an eyesore and a junk yard. You cannot get more low class . The tech send was either lying or incompentant and just did not want to do the job , because the Next day I hired Andy s Appliances who replaced the blower wheel and got air blowing through the unit. It is true that I was not charged for a service visit by Todds lazy tech, but I had to waste my time dealing with that twit.

I can always trust Todd's appliance. When we bought our first home, we got a great refurbished washer and a refubished dryer from Todd's. The price was right and we never had a bit of trouble out of either one of them (well, except when the toddler decided to store his crayons in the dryer, but that wasn't Todd's fault! They even told me how to get the melting crayon spots off the drum so that it didn't ruin any more clothes). When we sold that house, the new buyers wanted to keep that washer and dryer, and our new house came with a dryer, so we bought a large capacity refurbished washer from Todd's. After about a week, something sounded funny, and Todd's sent somebody right over to make a minor adjustment, at no cost. It's been running steadily, 11-15 loads of laundry a week with no problems (what can I say? I have three kids who get their clothing VERY dirty and we go through a lot of towels!).About a year ago, the dryer that came with our house had trouble heating up, so we called Todd's to take a look. They were very honest about what it would cost to repair it...and about how that repair probably would only buy us 3-4 months. So, we bought a newer refurbished dryer from Todd's and it works great! As you might have notice, I have a thing for retro appliances. I made the mistake of buying a refurbished 1940s fridge from somebody else, since Todd's didn't have quite what I was looking for. This fridge looked great, but as soon as it turned summer, the thing quit working properly. I promptly called Todd's, and they just couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the parts. They offered some advice, and I did my best, but I was tossing out way too much food & had to buy a newer model. Not retro at all but at least it works!Anyway, I trust Todd's completely when it comes to major appliance repair and purchasing refurbished major appliances.

I am so livid it is unreal. I have had a broken washer for a while and finally got this company to call me on a Monday. I scheduled a time for Friday specifically because I needed to be present when they were there, because we have a dog. I repeated this several times, emphasizing the point. Today, Friday, no one shows up at the scheduled time. I call about a half hour after the scheduled appointment to find out why they weren't there. He was rude and claimed they banged on my door and called my phone and I explained to him that they absolutely did not and I had been waiting for them to show up. Then he apologizes and says there was a mix up and they had the wrong address. Okay. So we rescheduled for Monday. Then about ten minutes later he calls back to say that they actually sent someone either Wednesday or Tuesday (for some reason he couldn't give me a specific date, how do you not know when you sent someone to work on a washer??) WITHOUT permission or consent. I was absolutely furious. First you say you went to the wrong house and then call back and say you actually already came?! How do you drop the ball on that? That's literally your job. Schedule appointments and SHOW UP TO THEM. Not to mention, NO ONE called me to even be like "oh hey, we walked into your house without consent and fixed your washer." What would have happened if my dog bit him or if she got out while they were working on my washer? This is completely unacceptable. So I called back and told them I wanted an exact date and time that they entered my home, unannounced, and he refused to give it to me. Told me to call my rental agency if I had an issue. YOUR company came into MY house without consent and your employee's first instinct is to be completely rude and then proceeded to hang up on me?! I have never been so angry at a company that I have written a small freaking novel to complain because your employees are incompetence. Absolutely insane.
