The Dry Cleaning Station is a family run cleaners in Lincoln who provide excellent service. Whether I need suits pressed, shirts laundered or specialty items like polyester track jackets cleaned, they can tackle it all. Plus, the service is very prompt. If you drop off on a Monday you can expect your order to be done by Wednesday or Thursday (depending on the size of your order). You can always ask for rush service but I have never needed to because they regularly scheduled service is so consistent. There are other cleaners that are just a bit cheaper and closer to my home but I would not do business with them because the level of service and quality cleaning at Dry Cleaning Station far out weighs the few bucks I would save. You cannot put a price tag on trust and I trust Dry Cleaning Station. Not only do they do clothes but they also do comforters and upholstery items so they are truly and one stop shop for cleaning needs. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

They always do a nice job cleaning my shirts and suits. They know how I like my shirts, and they remember me when I come in and pick up my clothing. Very consistent, and always have my clothes done on time. Professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in need of Dry Cleaning or laundering.

Great dry cleaning service that's cheap and fast. They have awesome customer service and are detailed in cleaning. They even set you're preferences on how you like your clothes (e.g starch level) done. Prices are the best in town and worth the drive from anywhere in Lincoln.

i'd give negative stars if i could. horrible, dishonest. sickening. vastly overcharged me for laundering and folding 5 pair of scrub pants (weigh literally 2lbs, total). every single conversation with them, or voicemail, or text, they changed their story on how they charge, what they charge, what my items weighed.first, they changed prices on laundering and folding; originally said $1.75 per pound; later conversation, they said that's the old pricing, it's really $1.95 per pound. next conversation, "there's a $10 minimum". they said they'd wash and fold, and inspect each item, and if dry cleaning were needed, they'd add that. still folding, not pressing.i delivered the items, and the lady at the desk says my instructions were too complicated so the pants would likely not be folded right (i wanted them folded with the crease in the front) ??too complicated?i get home, and the ticket says that the wash and fold would total $35!! ie $7 per item!!!.i call and leave a message saying my items are by the pound, leave a text with the same message. total cannot be $7 per itemnext: i go to pick up the items (should be $10 max), and the price is over 23$ ??? the guy at the desk argues that there is no such thing as by the pound!! he's literally arguing!then he changes his argument: he says the charge is high because the manager decided to charge me half-way between the correct price of $10 and the wrong price of $35 ????and he insists the items are twelve pounds. i asked if i could weigh them right then and there, and he says we can't weigh them, we have no scales.i went to hyvee, who weighed the items on their mail scale, and it came to 2lbs, 5.6oz (after tlc put items in plastic bags, so pants, alone, weighed less).i go back to tlc. i told him i'd go to the other tlc and weigh it. he argues that the person at the other store --can't weigh them--- because she doesn't know where the scale is. ???he's lying so fast, it's sickening.i leave another message for the manager.she calls and says that there really isn't a $10 minimum. it's actually a 6pound minimum.??? what????even if that's correct, doesn't explain 23$!!!so she says well, we had to dry clean an item because one of the items had a stain, that does not explain claiming the items are twelve pounds.she says well, we must dry clean everything if we dry clean one item in the order!!therefore, the 6 pounds was doubled to 12 pounds!!then she calculates something, -makes no sense- and says ok, we will give you 3$ credit on your next order. my next order? you think i'm coming back??

We moved to Lincoln about 6 years ago, and upon the advice of friends we became acquainted with, we took our dry cleaning and laundry to what has become TLC. The employees know me when I come in the door, and new employees learn to know people quickly. The laundry service on my shirts is top rate. If something cannot be done to perfection, there is a tag with a notation of what the problem is. But every effort is made to "do it right" before the notation is used. We have used it for large quilts, which have been well cared for. I highly recommend it as a full service cleaners.

Took in slipcovers, 2, from living room chair. They recommended 'wet' cleaning, said some stains may not come out with dry cleaning. Risks were, as I knew, fabric shrinking & then not fitting back on chair, also-as staff person informed me-might be hard on fabric-"seams might come apart", her exact words. When I picked these up, did not mention to me any problems or damage, & of course they were enclosed in plastic, on hanger. Then once taken out at home & placed back on chair, immediately saw that ONLY 1PLACE -left arm of chair-fabric was totally frayed through, I will post photo if I can. VERY durable upholstery fabric, (Mitchell Gold), and there is nowhere else on the entire chair that is worn, or even close to what is seen on the damaged area of fabric. Would/should last FOR YEARS as long as there is no severe, unusual, repeated abuse. Took this back in - person (woman) I interacted with took no responsibility-said I was warned about possible 'damage'. BTW-fabric did not shrink, held up very well with wet cleaning, except for the one small and obvious mistreated area. Said there was 'nothing I can do'. Offered the dry cleaning cost ($20.00 for this piece) back. Did not take this, this was not the appropriate action to take, maybe they would then think they 'did the right thing', and would absolve them of their responsibility. Oh-no seams coming apart either. Will never go back there, and will share story with others as needed.
