My husband and I were meeting for brunch and after seeing the wait time at SCBC, decided to come here instead and I'm glad we did - I didn't even know Timber had brunch, so it was a very pleasant surprise. For the table, we got an order of the focaccia and the meatballs. I got the baked Ricotta pancake. I asked our waitress if there were any potato sides (has browns, tots, etc) on the menu and she pointed out the potato rosti, so I tried that as well.I tried the focaccia with the triple creme Brie and it was delightful! The creme Brie really made it and the bread was soft and fluffy. I skipped the meatballs, but they certainly smelled great! The ricotta pancake was absolutely divine! It literally melts in your mouth, it's that tender. I was very very happy with this dish. The potato rosti was a bit of a letdown - it was like mushy hash browns and were barely seasoned. I would skip this next time. I was also disappointed by the lack of options for savory vegetarian brunch options, but all that said, I would definitely come back for the pancake alone!
