Chelsea helped me immensely over the phone over the course of a few days. She answered numerous questions and searched through her entire inventory for different colors and styles in my size. After I decided on what I wanted, she ordered the items and arranged for them to be expedited to me. Additionally, she mentioned a discount that saved me money! Chelsea went above and beyond what is typical for employees these days. She should be a standard for customer service excellence everywhere!

Threads has a such a well-curated collection of outdoor apparel, accessories, and all-season footwear that it almost feels like the staff is your team of personal shoppers. They seemingly know exactly what you're looking for before you do. Customer service is always top notch and their online shopping platform is a breeze to navigate and order processing is faster Amazon (seriously) so it couldn't be easier to choose to support a great local business.

Got some super cute and comfortable summer sandals in here recently and the young woman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. Prices are the same as online since the arrivals are always fresh and now, so why not support local? Good selection of smart wool too.

Nice store, nice selections, nice staff just everything is so expensive. I guess its outta my league.

This place employs some really, really, really patient people :) I'm a die hard dansko and earth shoe person so when I wanted to switch things up and try something new, I went to Footloose because I heard that they have a great selection of similarly constructed shoes that would suite my occupation. I'm a chef and I'm on my feet all day long, so my shoes have to be amazingly comfortable and if they are a little cute, then that's an added bonus. I must have tried on 20 pair of shoes. They have a really good selection and a very patient staff. Not once did I feel like my endless request for "this shoe" or "that shoe" was in any way an inconvenience to the clerk. She happily got each shoe I asked for and brought out other shoes that hadn't yet made it to the shoeroom floor.I went in for one pair of shoes and left with three. Because of the friendly staff, quality shoes and great selection, I'll be back again. They are locally owned too, which is another added bonus.Post Script: They also have a second location at 70th and Pioneer Blvd.

Love this place. It has that wonderful boutique feel to it. I always buy their Groupons whenever they're up. My husband is a BIG Northface fan and he gets his fix of t-shirts, hoodies, and duffle bags from here. I also came here with my mom who has very wide feet and is a huge birkenstock fan but wanted something more formal. Staff was great at helping her and she walked away with a new pair of shoes. We'll definitely be back when she's ready for another pair.

Where do I even begin??? My 2nd pair of Birks were purchased here in 1993, plus several more pairs over the years, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. The customer service is great and the refurbs on all my Birks have been excellent! See something on the Facebook page on sale and don't live in Lincoln? Give them a call, they will honor the sale price & ship to you. I've lived in CO for almost 20 years and will always send my Birks back to them for refurb - everyone around here just ships them out anyway, so I'll just send them myself to the people I trust. Kudos Jane & the team! I'll be back everytime I'm in Lincoln, right after I stop by Amigos - lol!

I am from Chicago area and visit family in Lincoln. I always visit and purchase shoes here. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating.

This store is tucked away in a slightly difficult location to find, but well worth the hunt. I sought them out because they are one of the few area vendor that sell Vibram Fivefingers and several other relatively uncommon brands. Though it was my first visit to either of their two locations, I was immediately greeted and assisted. Both staff members I dealt with were very personable and will to help answer my questions and make sure I found what I needed. The easy banter and laid-back atmosphere more than made up for the somewhat inflated prices. This is a good locally-owned establishment that I would recommend checking out.

This place is amazing! I found exactly the shoes I was looking for and at an awesome price too.
