Thirst Tea Cafe

Their teas are amazing, but there is sometimes a long wait. If you order some of their food items, you may find yourself waiting double the time. I would like to see their business speed up their food service. Besides that, I like the convenience of the drive through at their Bellevue location. A menu idea I would like to see is milk foam if possible! I typically only get their Thai tea and their boba topping is great! The tiger milk tea is not anything special. Their avocado onigiri is my favorite menu item!

A nice addition to the Bellevue community! I've always been impressed with Thirst Tea since they opened their first store in Midtown. Great selection of boba tea and some food items like egg rolls takoyaki and a few other snacks. Great service and a nicely decorated area, it's a great place for a quick break and enjoy some good eats. Recommend the taro, thai tea and the mango drink!

Cute place! There were three lovely young people working at the lunch hours. I got several teas and drinks to take back to the office. We all loved the choices.

If you've been to any of the Thirstea locations in Omaha, this new location doesn't miss either.The usual drinks I get are just as great here and I can definitely say the same for the snacks. The spam onigiri is a go-to of ours along with the spicy mayo it comes with for dipping sauce. I also ordered the gyudon which is a Japanese rice bowl. After being in Japan and regularly cycling through gyudons at the local shops and definitely 7-11s, the one they sell here is not bad! I would definitely order it again.Bathrooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly, parking is plentiful in this plaza, and the best part; there's a drive through!

Everytime I come here I always see one person working. One person taking orders, inside and on the drive thru, making the drinks and everything else. I get that it looks like an easy job (I've seen one girl play on her switch or whatever handheld device she had). Also there always seems to be drama between the workers there. Idk man, the food was alright, took forever to get one onigiri and those fried cruellers. Only good thing about that store is the mural on the wall.

Takoyaki and onigiri are amazing! So is the Husker and honey jasmine bobas. Everything made to order so very fresh and delicious!

One of the better tasting boba places in the area. Try it! You won't be disappointed!!

I have been going to thirst tea in Omaha at both locations for about 6 years and never have I had such a bad experience then I have had today. Started off with the girl who was working the drive through not give us time to order and cutting us off every time. when I told her I need a minute so my friend could pick there drink she completely ignored me and told me my total and to drive up after telling her twice that I was not done she let me order my second drink. This is were it gets bad, she then makes both my drinks luckily my drink was made some what currently ( also watered down btw) but my other drink was completely wrong and when I asked her to fix it she such a snarky response. While she was making my second drink for the SECOND time I was watching to make sure it was correct and watched her add WATER to my drink to water it down making it taste terrible. I understand that they just opened but I hope they understand that this is not ok and they need to train their staff better
