The Yellow Taco Truck

4 -5 StarsFor a food truck, this is a little gem in Nebraska City. If you come between now and mid to late Sept 2023, they are doing road construction. You will need to access an alley off 11th between 2nd and 3rd Street. There are some picnic tables but shade so we opted to eat in the car with the AC on high. Today is currently 95 with a heat index of OMG!!We ordered ground beef nachos without jalapenos, and several varieties if Supreme Tacos ( Carne asada, carnetas, al pastor, and Birria). Hands down, the best was the Carne Asada taco both with and without the hot sauce. The meat was moist and flavorful. I would come back for the carne asada anything all day, any day! The other items were also very delicious and moist. The nachos were HUGE. My pictures are not good as i had to flick them while they were sitting on the dashboard. Sorry for that. The woman who waited on us was super sweet and service was pretty fast.Note. I base reviews by type of establishment--apples to apples. Therefore, a 5-star food truck rating would not equate to a 5-Star Top of the Line restaurant. If yiu are in this neck of the woods and want some tacos, swing by the taco bus......

I had the carnitas tacos, delicious. The pork was very flavorful & tender. I would recommend supreme toppings! 2 tacos & Coke in a bottle for $8.

Best Beef Barbacoa Tacos I have ever eaten! You won't want to miss them! Carnitas are tasty. Love the burritos and the enchiladas.

The most authentic Mexican food in southeast Nebraska. As an AZ native this is the closest thing to food back home out here! LOVE!

Someone was there to take our order right away. We ordered a burrito and two tacos. They also have multiple Jarritos flavors. We got our order within 5 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious. And all that for only $20. 10/10 recommend for someone delicious and quick.

Holy cow best tacos I've had since moving here from Arizona!! Had the Barria, tongue, and carnitas tacos. Super reasonable priced and delicious!! Super nice employee too! Quick service and delicious!

Their chicken quesadillas are the best quesadillas ever! The owners are so sweet and if you've never been to the YTT, they might throw in a free taco

I went by to try a burrito from them and was very satisfied! Simple food cooked wonderfully. I got the burrito as it comes with Al pastor. It came with a handful of homemade tortilla chips and sour cream. I also grabbed some of their salsa verde. It also came out quickly. Highly Recommend.

If you go to Taco Bell you are fools the yellow taco truck is awesome burrito is huge and not sparing meat in tacos great flavor and good prices working in town will be every day to eat would post pic but ate it to fast
