The Urology Center

Dr. Oberle is FANTASTIC! He is one of the most patient, kind, caring doctors we have ever had, explains everything fully to make sure we understand what's going on, what the treatment will be, and why, and he and his team work diligently with our other doctors to coordinate care, share test results, and make sure my husband has had the best care possible. Whenever he needs an impromptu appointment, they are also very willing and able to get him in. Thank you to Dr. Oberle and his staff for all their care and assistance in what is a very hard time.

If you want to just be prescribed pills, this is the place for you. If don't want answers from the doctor, this place is for you. If you want the doctor not to listen to you or know your history, this is the place for you. The front staff was nice, but this is all that I can say nice about this place. Be ready be on hold for extended amount of time to talk to someone. Stay clear.

I'm sure doctors are OK but front office staff is out of touch regarding appointments and billing. Having to chase down info for appointments and billing for an elective procedure is very off putting. Staff made it out to be my problem for calling them to for an appointment after being told they would call to schedule. I haven't had a procedure done by them but I'm already looking for a different provider based on the uneasy feeling I have just from dealing with the front office staff. My main concern is the level of care and issues with billing will arise after the fact. The front office is also part of quality care. They seem like they don't care at all.Edit- after calling to cancel I got a call asking if I was certain I no longer wanted to use their office for the procedure. I'd already stated in the initial call that I'd found an office that was more focused and willing to do their job. They don't seem to care until it comes down to losing money from a patient.

I've read the other reviews and I honestly don't understand how they came to these conclusions because I was treated great from beginning to end. The nurses took their time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. When Dr. Davies came in, he was kind and considerate and told me what he was going to be doing and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I was impressed with everyone there and they were all very professional. Upon leaving, I had to make my next appointment and they did their very best to work around my schedule. Again, I was very pleased with this facility and staff and the doctor that took care of me was the best.

Did not care for the doctor, procedure, lack of compassion, lack of explanation, or lack of listening to the patient.

We are SO GRATEFUL to have Dr. Davies and the Urology Center team in our lives! He first started treating my father during an emergency episode with kidney stones last winter. When we were desperate for help, Dr. Davies took the time to call us back in the evening hours to relay what we could do to help my Dad get through the night, then cleared his schedule to surgically treat him the next day, knowing how badly he was in pain. A few months later when the stones returned, Dr. Davies took the time to personally communicate with my father's emergency room physician to get everyone on the same page and where they needed to be so, once again, he could get my father in for surgery as quickly as possible. He is now his ongoing physician to prevent further episodes. He is professional, kind, extremely talented and incredibly dedicated to the patients and community he serves. We are so lucky to have Dr. Davies in our community and taking care of my Dad!

While most of the doctors I dealt with were great, the return of phone calls is abysmal. I called on a Tuesday about some concerning symptoms I was having. By Thursday I had to call my oncologist to get them to return my call. I spent more than 48 hours wondering if I should just go to the ER or continue to wait for a callback. Uncaring and unprofessional.

The biggest thing to watch out for with this business is them adding on different scans, procedures, products or whatever without telling you how much it'll cost. And then you're stuck owing hundreds and hundreds of dollars without prior knowledge. It almost seems like it should be illegal. I have never written a review in my life but felt like it was my duty to warn people of this business's predatory practices. I would not recommend

I got a letter in the mail from the urology Center, PC that states they want me to find a new urology center to continue my car because I had a stroke and I needed a follow up with my urologist which did one of my surgeries for urology, so I called to make the appointment and they told me that I have to see a nurse practitioner Mind you every time I go to this place I have to pull my pants down in front of somebody new and I don't like that so I said no I want to see my doctor so I waited an extra two weeks to see the doctor that I was scheduled to see Four days before my appointment I received a phone call that said that they wanted to shift me to a new doctor or I needed to find a new place to go to urology. The only thing I did was stand up for my patient rights and I was asked to basically not come back healthcare is getting kind of like the schools where they're in charge you conform to what they want or don't come we need to start standing up for our rights people there was a day when doctors work for the patient not the patient working for the doctor

The Urology Center is the absolute WORST place to visit. My husband was scheduled for a vasectomy and not only did they cancel without telling him, He had to call and find out why. After he went back and signed a consent form and waiver, they sent us a letter saying we had to pay upfront before the procedure even though we are covered 100% by insurance. You know they were going to bill our insurance and get paid TWICE and not refund us anything. This place is TRASH. Do NOT go there. Find another place that does not stand in the way of care for patients.
