The Storage Loft

Sam and the team at The Storage Loft were great. The location at Old Market Omaha was only a few blocks from our hotel and close to Creighton University. The storage unit has secured access and is climate-controlled. Reservations and invoicing could be handled online which was very convenient. I will definitely be using them for my future storage needs.

This facility is amazing! Staff is fabulous and kind! I moved across country and came back almost 7 months later and the staff greeted me by name! I was surprised especially when I've been away for so long!

One of the best costumer services I ever received all my time living in Nebraska (I'm a person of color so not many people are kind to me). There's a manager there that goes by the name Adam at the storage loft &' was very cool and I also had a great conversation with him. I would highly recommend this place.

These guys are awesome! I went in to check out a unit and they were so helpful, great location to be able to get your stuff and go. Prices are a out the same compared to other locations and they have better rent terms for units.

This is my first time using this storage unit. The inside of the building is really nice and clean. This was a huge factor we were looking at. Each individual unit is clean and they provide a lock for you. The only downfall we had, was having to purchase insurance. We were never told about it until we showed up to move in/pay for the unit. I still gave it 5 stars despite this because we still would have picked it with or without insurance.

My daughter is a Creighton student and everything about this storage was perfect. I felt the staff was helpful and protective of her, this being one of her first opportunities to "adult". The building is beautiful and old with lots of history. There were some neat old features that you don't see much anymore, and all in pristine condition. The unit was half the price of others I had researched. I had been told by other people that storage units are dirty places with pests and that my daughter needed to pack everything in plastic bins. NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.

You won't believe how good the service is here. Out of all of the businesses I experienced over 2.5 years in Omaha, this one has to be at the top of my list. Harry, the general manager there, was always courteous, helpful, accommodating, and willing to go out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Just not what I was expecting from a storage facility because I know what most of them are like. It's also conveniently located in the heart of downtown Omaha in a very stylish building with a nice interior design and vibe to it. Always sparkling clean as well. Additional qualities you wouldn't be expecting. I was honestly sorry to close out my account when I recently moved back to the West Coast. If you're based in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area and you need a place to store your stuff, don't even consider anything else.

We rented a unit a few months ago, and the guy took me to see the sizes before I rented so I didn't rent a unit that was oversized and pay for space I didn't need. Incredibly helpful, very clean, and a cool building. You pull in the back and unload at a loading dock and they have wheeled carts to take your stuff to your unit. Price was very good.This week we needed to add some boxes before catching a plane on a Sunday, and I totally messed up not realizing they aren't open on a Sunday. I messaged them, and the owner responded and went so far above and beyond! He met us at the unit before our flight and let us in to unload the rest of our boxes. We were really going to be stuck, and Tony saved the day. Customer service is phenomenal. The units are clean and climate controlled, and they sell other packing supplies as well. We will stay as long as we need the unit. Thanks Tony!
