The Single Barrel

Single barrel is one of the most underrated restaurants in Lincoln for me. Their barbecue is delish and pretty fairly priced for the quality that you're getting. The service has always been helpful and I haven't ever seen the restaurant too full which makes it easier to get your food quickly. Much easier to get a last minute reservation than similar restaurants in the area. Great spot to bring a group!

The food took awhile to arrive but was well worth the wait! We came on Valentine's Day and I ordered the Bananas Bourbon to start off, as did my husband. We both enjoyed this drink. For an entree, I ordered the Butter Ribeye. It was fantastic! So delicious! The truffle butter really added to the steak and made it sooo good. My husband ordered the Bourbon chicken and gave me a bite. It was also delicious. Our server was attentive without being overwhelming. I will definitely be back here again.

I absolutely love the vibe of this place. Would be great for date night but I went solo. The French onion soup was delicious, along with the beef medallions. Although I didn't have time to try out a cocktail this trip, they have an extensive selections of bourbons and other liquors. Definitely going back as soon as I can. The waitress was attentive and quick, as well.

Straight forward, no frills and excellent food/bourbon! So definitely one of the most reviewed restaurants that come up when you look for a good spot in Lincoln.It's attached to the Graduate hotel and conveniently located. The service was super friendly and inviting...huge list of great bourbon and cocktails! Now the food was all well done! We had the:Burger, salmon, bourbon chicken and prime ribeye. The bourbon chicken with dirty brisket rice was top notch. For a good meal in an inviting environment...this is the place in Lincoln.

Very nice selection of food and beverages!! Josh was very attentive to our needs, excellent service. The Single Barrel has a very open concept. Tables are pretty far apart from each other so not a lot of noise from other tables.

Food is great, Barb is the best! I can't read the menu. I don't need to be reminded that I'm getting old...

Let them eat steak ... and chicken, salmon, potatoes, etc. This is clearly a steakhouse with the appropriate fare and then some. We had the Ribeye with dirty rice, Filet with mac n cheese, a couple of beers and wine. There is nothing to criticize about them considering how tricky it is to prepare a few items exactly right (temperature, texture, etc.). They came to the table as anticipated and delivered. The service is quite good. Our servers were there at the right place and time. What more can you ask? I cannot say it is loaded with ambience. Forget the leather, wallpaper, and carpet. It is a big open space with floors and a high ceiling. It was clean and well lit. Keep in mind steak is not cheap. So, just have an enjoyable time.

Had a training conference at The Graduate Hotel and decided to try The Single Barrel for lunch. I had the cheese burger and truffle cheese fries. It was delicious. Will be back when I can sample their bourbons.

This is a very high end, comfortable restaurant with fantastic staff and very good food. The only thing I don't like is the parking situation but the whole Haymarket has that problem.

Drinks and food were delicious! My very picky brother got the chicken sandwich and loved it. I got the salmon- delicious!started out with cornbread. Very yummy. The bacon jam was gross(and I love bacon, but the bread was great!) Drinks are super cheap and made with quality whiskey! A huge plus. Our server was super attentive and polite, we sat inside right by one of the big window switch is open and had a nice breeze, it looks like it may be just a fancy place but we felt comfortable there been in casual clothes and I'm a stop during our trip .
